SEPTEMBER 9, 1948 – DPRK FOUNDING DAY
September 9, 1948 lit up the brightest star in North-East Asia, ushering in a new, socialist state, point out to the countries of the third world a practical way of fighting for their independence, for the legitimate right of every people to self-determination of their historical development.
The founding of the DPRK has become a landmark in the history of the Korean nation, the beginning of the implementation of autonomy and independence of the Korean state, created for the benefit of the working man, for the benefit of his real interests and improving the lives of ordinary people. After Korea's liberation from Japanese colonial rule in 1945 under the leadership of the Great Commander Comrade Kim Il Sung, the Great Leader had done a great job in the direction of unification of the Korean nation, divided geographically into two parts, with the Americans occupying south Korea in the final period of World War II and had refused to leave the territory of the Korean Peninsula after its ending. Unfortunately, the question of unification still remains on the agenda due to the criminal, hostile, U.S. hate policy, strongly opposing this union, contrary to the wishes and aspirations of the entire Korean people.
In the newly-born young Socialist Republic, the creation of an independent and self-sufficient economic base began. The country set its sights on the training of its own intelligentsia and scientific and technical personnel. Adopting the plan of development, tasks were set that were always successfully implemented by the heroic people of the DPRK. During the 63 years, the DPRK has become a country of universal literacy of the entire population, where one in four people have higher education, which has created a high potential of science and culture. But cadres, as we know, are everything. It is therefore not surprising that in response to continued threats, blackmail and diverse direct provocation by the U.S., the nation’s scientists and scientific and technical personnel of DPRK have established a reliable defence of peaceful labour of citizens in the form of nuclear weapons and against the threat of preemptive attack on the country from the crazy arbitrariness of the U.S.. And know matter what one says, it is the presence of the nuclear shield that is currently the only guarantee of peace in Northeast Asia and the Korean peninsula in particular.
Advances in the development of the economy, science and the growth of living standards, continually improving health care in the most remote areas from the capital, large-scale housing construction, both in urban and rural areas, speak volumes. Today,the DPRK has a highly advanced industry and agriculture. Socialism in the DPRK is very difficult to build because of the continuing U.S. interference in all affairs of the Korean Peninsula and the venality of changing South Korean puppet governments, their subordination and subservience to America. However, despite these enormous difficulties, the constant stifling economic blockade against the DPRK, the country is not only not weakened, but grown up, matured and continues to move forward confidently, and recognized by virtually all nations of the world (diplomatic relations have been established). The basis of all achievements is the heroic work of the people of the DPRK, the monolithic unity around their Leader and Party. The Armed Forces of the DPRK are the flesh and blood of the people, not only standing on vigilant guard over the gains of socialism, but also taking a very active part in its future construction. The unity of the people around the Leader and the Party has created a monolith, which no one can destroy.
It now 17 years since the death of the Great Leader, and at the helm of the country is a worthy successor of his cause, Comrade Kim Jong Il. He enjoys the great love and confidence of the people.
His re-re-election as Chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission of September 3, 2003 indicates his services to the country and the people and his extraordinary abilities as a politician, ideologue, a wise statesman, and gifted military leader. It is no accident that people of the DPRK call him the Great KIM JONG IL.
Now, the people are preparing themselves for new labour successes to celebrate in the upcoming 2012 centenary of the Great Leader.
We congratulate the courageous and hardworking people from the DPRK on the 63rd anniversary of the founding of their Socialist state, and we wish them continuing strong and confident strides on their path to the top of a highly prosperous socialist state.
On the day of the 63 anniversary of the DPRK, congratulating the Korean people on this holiday, we sincerely wish every family happiness and every success in strengthening the might of the socialist state.

AUCPB STATEMENT ON FATHERLAND LIBERATION DAY IN THE DPRK
AUGUST 15, 1945 - DAY OF RESTORATION OF THE FATHERLAND
For twenty years there was a long tense, bitter armed struggle for the revival of enslaved by the Japanese – the Motherland of Korea. This struggle was headed, while still quite young, by Kim Il Sung. On October 17, 1926, the future great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung formed the Down with Imperialism Union (DWIU), and on May 5, 1936, he founded the League for national liberation. He formed guerrillas who attacked the Japanese, did not allow them to live in peace, permanently damaging the manpower and arming themselves with weapons captured from the them. Japan in the 1940-s of the twentieth century, did not officially go to war with the Soviet Union, but held in the Far East the largest armed force in the face of the Kwantung Army of a million, choosing the time of the attack on the USSR. Only in Korea did the Japanese during World War II, built four fortified areas, concentrating a huge amount of military equipment there.
The organized armed struggle against the Japanese began with the creation of Kim Il Sung's guerrilla groups. The guerrillas brought a lot of trouble to the Japanese. The armed struggle for the liberation of the motherland has become ever more powerful and more dangerous for the Japanese. Though of course, to fight against the heavily armed and well equipped with arms, ammunition and food regular Kwantung Army was very difficult. The victory was not achieved to easily. But so great was the hatred for the oppressors, that th guerrillas soon grew into the anti-Japanese People's Revolutionary Guerrilla Army, which later became the basis of the Korean People's Army.
The end of World War II in Europe did not mean the end of hostilities in North-East Asia. In August 8, 1945, the Soviet Union, the faithful to allies and international duty, carrying out the commitments adopted at the Teheran and Yalta conferences, today declared a state of war with Japan. On August 8, 1945 the Soviet army inflicted a devastating blow to the Japanese. On August 9, 1945, Comrade Kim Il Sung gave the order to all units for a general offensive for the liberation of the motherland. The troops, who were on the initial positions, carried out operations made according to an operational plan predetermined by Kim Il Sung.
The troops who focused on the basin of the river Tuman (border with the USSR), breaking through the border reinforced by the Japanese, liberated the border regions and captured a vast territory of Korea. The remains of the Kwantung Army, defeated the Soviet army, demoralized and fragmented, still continued to resist. But it was already the end for them. On August 15, 1945 Japan announced its unconditional surrender. Officially, the victorious military campaign of the USSR against Japan lasted 24 days.
Korea started the construction of a new life. At a rally in Pyongyang on October 14 people enthusiastically greeted Kim Il Sung.

CAPITALISM IS KILLING WORKING PEOPLE IN UKRAINE
Statement by the Bureau of the Central Committee of the AUCPB for Ukraine, Moldova and Transnistria
On July 29, there were two major accidents in the mines of Ukraine resulting in human deaths.
At night in the "Sukhodolskaya-Vostochnaya" mine, an association of "Krasnodonugol" in Lugansk region, at a depth of 915 m there was an explosion of air-methane mixture killing 26 people. Two of the injured were taken to the intensive care unit, one of whom died several days later. The number of accident victims - 27 people.
Shortly after the accident on the surface of the Bazhanov mine of SE "Makeevugol" Donetsk region the mine hoist collapsed (facilities for hoisting, lowering of persons and goods), at the same time killing 11 people.
The total number of casualties that occurred in the two mines in one day - 38 people.
On the same day at the Sukhodolskaya-Vostochnaya mine President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych made a speech. He had cut short his vacation and attended a meeting of the state commission to investigate the circumstances of the accident. "I would like to see the circumstances of the tragedy be discussed in terms of legality, and that what we have seen, has not been a violation in the law, and that the rights of the victims are to be protected "- Viktor Yanukovych said, referring to Prosecutor General Vladimir Pshonka during a meeting of the State Commission.
Prime Minister Azarov considers the actions of the technicians at the Bazhanov mine unacceptable: "Such cases of falling hoists in mines, neither in Ukraine or elsewhere have never been recorded. We have set a precedent. The question arises, how could this happen at all? I just got back from the mine in Sukhodolsk - it is high category mine. Yes, there can be and should be a complaint made to the management of the mine and the amalgamation. But there is a known fact in the coal industry and mining business, which, combined with the human factor, leads to such disasters. But where was the disaster here? In addition to irresponsible management, technical staff, failed to staff their duties."
Both the president and prime minister have shown concern in the first place, to "Sukhodolsky" mine. The president even interrupted his vacation to visit it. The President not only visited the mine, but also showed a very different approach to assess the accident, having made very strict demands on the management and technical personnel at the Barakov mine and showing loyalty and tolerance in relation to the leadership at "Sukhodolsky" mine.
The reason for the different approaches, and personal concern by the president and the prime minister is quite understandable and explainable by the fact that the "Sukhodolsky" mine of the "Krasnodonugol" association is included in the financial empire of Rinat Akhmetov, Ukraine's richest man. Only last year, Akhmetov’s wealth increased 2-fold: from 7.5 billion to $ 15.5 billion. And his wealth, Mr Akhmetov and other oligarchs-bourgeois "gained" by robbery and brutal exploitation of working people, including and miners of Ukraine. For example, last year alone, according to the magazine "Focus", the number of billionaires in Ukraine had increased from 8 to 21 people. The total wealth of the 200 largest capitalist robbers amounts to more than 93 billion dollars, accounting for nearly three state budgets of Ukraine.
And this was under Yanukovych, when he was governor of Donetsk region. And capital was formed by Akhmetov and other oligarchs in Eastern Ukraine from privatization (grabbing up) the state property. At the same time, as Yuri Korolchuk, expert of the Institute for Energy Research notes, - "During the whole time Yanukovych was governor and prime minister, there have been 18 major accidents, which have killed 430 people.» (Http://www.iarex.ru/ news18168.html, 2.08.2011). And now, this is yet another major accident at the mine.
So all this talk about an investigation into the causes of accidents, legal compliance, etc., is just talk. And millions of UAH that have been allocated to the bereaved families, will not bring back the dead miners. To the owners of the mine, billionaire Akhmetov at the service to the State is much better and cheaper to buy off with one-off handouts, rather than spend money on ensuring safety for the capture and extraction of methane from coal mines (which can be replaced by natural gas, which is done in many countries with a developed coal industry).
But the miners are beginning to understand what the real reason is and who the real culprits are in these tragedies.
Chairman of the Independent Trade Union of Miners at Luhansk Barakova mine D. Kalitventsev said: "People were just killed because more tonnage was required. After all, today there are sensors that always work. These wild cases that occur are because someone needs more even at the cost of of blood." He drew a parallel between the accident at the Barakova mine in 2000 (then the explosion at the mine killed 81 people.) and the tragedy at the "Sukhodolsky" mine. "No matter what you say, the worker is not for suicide, as he carries out the order. Why was there an explosion at the Barakov mine? The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks expresses its condolences to the people of the DPRK in connection with recent disaster that befell - Floods caused by torrential rains that claimed 30 lives and led to the deaths and damage to a lot of material wealth. According to KCNA news agency, the flood destroyed about 7000 homes, flooded 48,000 hectares / agricultural land (rice crops, mostly), and destroyed about 350 manufacturing facilities and public buildings. The means of communication was also severely damaged.
We hope for the provision of assistance to the DPRK by international humanitarian organizations and those representatives of the international community who are in effect for the recognition of each State’s right to sovereignty and independence by the choice of the people of their country's historical path of development.

Together with you, we support your workers’ leaders Natalia Sokolova, Natalia Azhigalievu, Akzhanata Aminov, hunger strikers and other comrades who have selflessly and courageously defended the rights of the oilmen and the rights of the working man.
We note that the conditon of the working class, working people of Kazakhstan - as well as workers in other republics of ex-Soviet Union – which are akin to slave states was a result of the criminal destruction of our great Soviet Motherland, the privatization (embezzlement and misappropriation) of socialist public property and the return to the exploitative capitalist system .
We are deeply outraged by the repression against the protesters, against your workers and union leaders, repression inflicted by the authorities and security forces of the anti-peoples bourgeois regime of Nursultan Nazarbayev - traitor of the Communist Party and Soviet people and faithful servant of capital.

KIM IL SUNG MEMORIAL DAY
JULY 8, 1994 - COMRADE KIM IL SUNG MEMORIAL DAY - THE GREAT LEADER OF THE KOREAN PEOPLE, FATHER OF THE NATION, THE ETERNAL PRESIDENT OF THE DPRK, SUPREME COMMANDER, GENERAL-SECRETARY OF THE WORKERS’ PARTY OF KOREA (WPK) UNTIL JULY 1994.
Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung went down in history as the liberator of the Korean nation from Japanese colonial rule, as the savior of her great ancient - five thousand years of history and culture, that according to a plan the Japanese invaders had to put an end to in the twentieth century. Japanese eroded the Korean people from everything that was national, prohibited the carrying out of national customs, the use of native Korean language, making the Korean people their slaves. In his early teenage years, Comrade Kim Il Sung embarked on the path of revolutionary struggle and vowed to free the Korean people from Japanese oppressors. By organizing the armed guerrilla groups and intense heavy anti-Japanese struggle, he created a revolutionary people's army, which became the basis of the Korean People's Army - a powerful defender of his country and an active builder of a prosperous Korean socialist state.
The Day of July 8 in the DPRK is not a day of mourning. Rather it is a day of boundless expression of gratitude and respect to the people’s beloved Great Leader - Comrade Kim Il Sung, who as Great Kim Jong Il says, "always live with us!". And the memorial Kymsusansky palace, where the sarcophagus with the body of the Great Leader lies, not a mausoleum in the usual sense, but a hymn of eternal glory of a great man, a hard worker who discovered the path of light for the Korean nation of an independent life. Kymsusansky Palace is a hymn to the triumph of life over death, a symbol of strength and greatness of the Korean spirit, because the idea of the Great Leader today is fully implemented by the talented successor of his cause, Great KIM JONG IL.
How great the respect is for the memory of the Great Leader can be judged by who visits the Kumsusan Memorial Palace, and lots of people visit, not just Koreans but foreigners also, where they are personally acquainted with the multifaceted activities of Kim Il Sung, they see a huge number of state awards, which was awarded this great, simple and very humble man. Today's Korea is the implementation of the covenants of Kim Il Sung. This is great housing, excellent sports palaces, palaces, sciences, arts, theatres, modern libraries, monumental buildings, a beautiful environment in urban areas, cleanliness and order everywhere, trees and flower beds in the cities - this is the appearance of modern DPRK. The capital of the DPRK, Pyongyang, is one of the most beautiful cities in the world with beautiful environment, which none of the capitals of Europe can be proud of. People in the DPRK live in peace, having confidence in the future secured by the state, enjoying free medical care at modern levels of health development and achievements. There are no problems with comfortable accommodation for every Korean. Everyone is entitled to state-guaranteed free secondary and higher education. The system of free preschool is well-developed. A lot of attention and care is given by the state to health, safety and lives of mothers. Taxes in Korea do exist. The problem of its own food supply in a country where 80% of the area is rock and unsuitable for agriculture is almost solved. The DPRK is now a country with a developed economy and energy, able to decide for itself all questions of life support in a state of prolonged economic blockade. The Korean People's Army (KPA) equipped with modern weaponry, including nuclear, safe guards the peaceful labour of DPRK citizens.
Kim Il Sung was a man from the depths of the people, and therefore his whole life was connected with the people. He constantly travelled around the country, visited the most remote villages and towns, and therefore knew and felt the people, their concerns and aspirations. People paid him with sincere love and boundless confidence. Kim Il Sung gave a lot of time and effort in addressing the issue of reunification of the divided Korean nation by the U.S. invaders. He had created a lot of different projects for reunification, one of which was the creation of the Democratic Confederal Republic of Koryo. Crazy U.S. opposition to address this issue remains to this day, the US, which was first defeated by small freedom-loving socialist DPRK during the Korean War 1950-1953. U.S. ambitions are pushing them to new and emerging crimes and provocations against the DPRK. But the country, merged into the ideology of Juche and Songun politics, for more than 60 years under a gruelling inhuman economic blockade caused by the will of the U.S., stands firm and today, rallying around their leader - the Great Kim Jong Il, stands as an impregnable bastion of the North-East Asia , restraining the U.S. attempts to ignite the fire of a new world war in this region. The people of the DPRK are steadily building their own prosperous state, in spite of the U.S., and despite the pressure on it from the entire imperialist world.

STATEMENT BY THE BUREAU OF THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE AUCPB IN BELARUS AND THE KALININGRAD REGION IN CONNECTION WITH THE CURRENCY CRISIS IN BELARUS AND THE BELARUSIAN RUBLE DEVALUATION

Since the beginning of April 2011 in the Belarusian currency exchange offices, surprisingly for many, long queues were formed, as in places where the population exchanged Belarusian rubles for foreign currency, there are no more U.S. dollars and euros. Media reports talked about a currency crisis in Belarus, and people start buying goods in bulk at shops, with an unfounded fear of rising prices for them. High demand has reached such proportions that from the shelves are disappearing, not only household appliances: refrigerators, gas cookers, vacuum cleaners, etc., but also food products: vegetable oil, fish, sugar and even salt, but salt is produced in Belarus in enough quantities not only for internal purposes but also for export.
The delighted paid by the West opposition, having lost at the last presidential election by a crushing defeat, has started via the Internet spreading all kinds of panicky rumors in order to enhance speculative sentiments among the population and the maximum destabilization of the country for carrying out the orders their masters - the handong over of Belarus to Western capital. And, of course, this has contributed to the further deterioration in the foreign exchange market in Belarus. A very ugly role in this is being carried on by the media of Russia, who excitedly showed great delight in the temporarily empty shelves in some Belarusian stores, and creating such an apocalyptic picture, not giving full information about what is happening, has decieved Russian viewers.
The hard pegging of the bourgeois Belarusian economy to foreign currency was not long in coming: the effects of the currency crisis turned out to be very difficult for Belarus. What has started was unseen since the early 90's, when Belarus was led by the traitor of the Soviet people pro-Western Shushkevich, with rising prices for food and industrial goods, for services rendered to population, for of fuel for vehicles to travel on the railways, etc. Since the beginning of 2011, inflation in Belarus has crossed the barrier of 25%, and many goods for January - May rose by 1.5 - 2 times. The average salary dropped from $ 500 to $ 300 a month.
In the current crisis, especially working people, retirees, have become poorer and no amount of compensatory measures by the government will cover the losses. Also on the backs of the impoverishment of workers, peasants and intellectuals, a small group of nouveau riche have gained, having at Minsk and other Belarusian cities huge houses and palaces.
Under these conditions, the National Bank of Belarus from May 24, 2011, after much hesitation officially set a new official rate of Belarusian ruble against the U.S. dollar - 4930 rubles per 1 U.S. dollar instead of the previous year - 3070 Br per 1 U.S. dollar. On the same date was set a new course of the Belarusian ruble against the euro and British pound. Thus, the actual devaluation of the Belarusian ruble had already occurred spontaneously by the moment it had been confirmed officially. But the decision of the National Bank had no effect: the currency at exchange offices and has not appeared, currency speculators are still making money, making profits with earlier bought up currency at the rate of 2 times the official. According to some sources, in the hands of the population currently there is about $ 5 billion.
However, some state officials argue that the devaluation of the Belarusian ruble will reduce the negative balance in foreign trade of Belarus, and this method, they say, is often used in other countries. But we, Bolsheviks, are categorically against such methods of equalization payments, as they are actually carried out by lowering the standard of living pf working people.
While many Western countries are still struggling with the consequences of the global economic crisis that hit almost all of their economies in 2008 – 2009, the media of these countries, as well as some Russian media have began to report on the economic crisis in Belarus. However, in these media you can find virtually no true information about the nature of economic crises and their causes.
Marxist-Leninist science deals with economic crises as the phase of the capitalist cycle, characterized by the rapid explosion of all the contradictions of the capitalist economy. It manifests itself in the absolute decline in production, underload of production capacity, growing unemployment, violations of the monetary and monetary and financial spheres, etc. The main reason is the basic contradiction of capitalism: the contradiction between social production and private form of appropriation of the results.
The first crisis in the history of capitalism erupted in 1825. At the pre-monopoly stage of capitalism, economic crises, repeated every 8 - 12 years, and at the stage of imperialism, especially after the Second World War, after every 5 - 6 years. The most severe was the world economic crisis of the 1929 - 1933 period.
In addition, the Marxist science speaks about the general crisis of imperialism, the First World War (1914 - 1918) and the Great October Socialist Revolution that launched it. It continues at the present time, unabated, and it becomes stronger. Particularly strengthened was the general crisis of imperialism in the mid 80s of last century, and only the violent destruction of the USSR and the socialist camp has saved the imperialist system from total collapse.
With regard to Belarus, it relatively successfully withstood the crisis of 2008 - 2009, although it came out with a balance of payments deficit. The country currently has some elements of the crisis, but a full-scale economic crisis NOT yet. In January - April of this year, industrial production growth in Belarus reached 12.9%, and the country for this indicator is the leader of the CIS. Unemployment, according to official data, meanwhile remain at the same low level, but we, Bolsheviks, note the presence of hidden unemployment in Belarus, where employees of certain enterprises are located in the workplace, but companies are not overburdened by work or enterprises have introduced a shorter working week.
The main causes of difficulties experienced at present in Belarus, is the destruction 20 years ago of the Soviet Union and the introduction into the Republic of capitalist market relations. All other causes are the results from the indicated main reasons.
After the counter-revolutionary coup in Belarus, like other former Soviet republics, it entered the capitalist path of development, and while at the head is President Alexander Lukashenko, the speed of capitalization of the Belarus economy has been lower than in other republics, so we, Bolsheviks, have no doubt about the bourgeois character of all reforms. After the last presidential election, these reforms have been started with acceleration. Almost immediately after the election on 31.12.2010 of President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko signed directive № 4 "On the development of entrepreneurship and encouraging business activity in Belarus." For example, some of the requirements of this Directive are:
"1.1 ... the transition to market pricing mechanisms ...;
eliminate government intervention in the pricing process of business entities;
eliminate the limitation of allowances in wholesale and retail trade and the mandatory drafting of economic feasibility level of used prices (tariffs) for goods (work, services) ...
2. Take the most serious measures to protect and promote private ownership."
In the development of directives, on February 25, 2011 Decree № 72 is issued "On some issues of regulation of prices (tariffs) in the Republic of Belarus", which read: "2.2 is not an offense:
exceeding by individual entrepreneur or legal entity the established limited changes in wholesale prices index (goods) for goods (work, services) for their implementation without registration of prices (tariffs) in the prescribed manner, ...
sale of goods (work, services) by an individual entrepreneur or legal entity in the absence of economic calculation ... except regulated in accordance with this decree. "
Presidential Decree № 181 was then published from May 10, 2011 "On some measures to improve state regulation of wages." The essence of this Decree is set out in the beginning: "In order to empower employers to establish flexible payment terms of employees, taking into account the possible impact of the contribution of each employee and financial resources of entrepreneurs, I decree:
1. Grant the right to commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs to make decisions on the use of the Single tariff for workers of Belarus in determining the conditions of payment of workers." Thus, the Single tariff for workers of Belarus has become optional for entrepreneurs.
And, finally, its own contribution to the creation of chaos in the foreign exchange market in the Republic was made by thte National Bank since May 11, 2011 with the free floating of exchange rates for transactions in the population, corridor fluctuations have expanded in the ruble against the currency basket to 12%. Of course, all this was a signal for panic. And when the situation became unmanageable, out came the above-mentioned decision of the National Bank of 24 May 2011.
As you may know, the classic example of the bourgeois economists on overcoming crisis was US president Roosevelt during the "Great Depression" of 1929 - 1933. He for the first time applied the methods of firm state regulation of the American capitalist economy, and from 1934, America gradually came out of severe economic crisis. But here we note that by 1937, America was again creeping into the next crisis, and only the approach of the Second World War, which allowed American capitalists to open multibillion-dollar military contracts at the expense of taxpayers, saved it from the next even more devastating crisis. This example very eloquently confirms the Marxist thesis of the inevitability of crises and wars of capitalism. By the way, regarding the latest world economic crisis, many bourgeois economists are already predicting the approach of its second wave, more destructive than the wave of 2008 - 2009.
As you can see, the actions of the administration of the Belarusian president in the first half of 2011, on the contrary have been directed towards a departure from past policies of government regulation and towards the transition to a policy of granting complete freedom of entrepreneurship and business - and straight away you can see the Belarusian economy is faced with crises. In this case, what is confirmed by the Leninist thesis is that private ownership every minute and every second generates new private ownership. Small Belarusian private capital having occupied at the start, has gained strength under President Alexander Lukashenko, and is now demanding an increase in its share of the Belarusian "pie". And the bourgeois president, from the first days of speaking for the presence in the Belarusian economy of private property, must now go to meet them.
However, when "Belarusian traders for the master," lost conscience, and the rise in prices took a threatening nature, the president intervened - and some prices were reduced. The state-run media for a few days repeated the directives of the president to organizations releasing the main fuels for cars, not to exceed the bar prices for the main types of fuel above 4500 Bel. rubles per liter. But then the president added a caveat: "I am not an advocate of lower prices ...", and expressed concern over the export of Belarusian goods cheaper into neighboring countries. His main line in pricing is that he believes that growth of prices is normal, and he is only an enemy of sharp price increases. Thus, he wants our citizens to gradually get accustomed to the fact that capitalism, despite its flaws - it's ok.
In an attempt to rectify the situation on the currency market, it was decided to expand the scope of the monetary settlements in the territory of the Republic in foreign currency. However, the involvement of foreign currency in the domestic economy of any country, as we know, is always accompanied by costs associated with the loss of a certain part of independence.
In this regard, it should be noted that the work of the State Bank of the USSR was strikingly different from the current banks of the capitalist states, formed from the former Soviet republics. In the USSR, the quotation of the Soviet ruble was not made with the help of foreign currencies, its assessment was carried out only on the established gold content. Therefore, since Soviet times, Belarus has been the "assembly shop" of the Soviet Union. The republic still produces trucks, tractors, agricultural and household appliances, has an advanced instrument-making industry, chemical industry and oil refining. Much of the production still goes to Russia. From Russia, Belarus receives oil and gas, but the energy is at the mercy of the Russian oligarchic structures. It was they who carried out the pricing policies on gifts of Russian mineral resources shipped to many countries.
With regard to Belarus, virtually the only ally of Russia today, Russian oligarchic companies have recently carried out an openly predatory imperialist policy, pushing up the price of oil, gas and electricity. So much so, that the gas in Germany comes from Russia at a lower price than in the allied Belarus. As a result, the cost of energy at the Belarusian enterprises do not cover the revenues derived from sales of Belarusian products of these enterprises in Russia. There is a growing deficit in trade of Belarus with Russia, and for the purchase of energy resources, Belarus is forced to spend its foreign exchange reserves, which was the occasion to talk about the fact that Belarus is living beyond its means.
The practice of periodic restrictions, and even interruptions of energy supplies to Belarus from Russia has become a regular. Most recently, on 9 June 2011, the Russian company "Inter RAO EES" reduced supply of electricity to "Belenergo" by 2.5 times, then it was restored.
There is a open energy blackmail against Belarus by the Russian oligarchy. The objective is clear and obvious - buy on the cheap whilst Belarusian enterprises are still operating successfully, and above all from modern oil refineries and factories such as "BELAZ" (one of the three world leaders in heavy dump trucks).
Belarus is under pressure both from the West and the East. Recently initiated by the Obama, the U.S. government imposed sanctions on Belarus. A very tough stance towards Belarus is taken by Russia's Minister Kudrin, who staged the privatization of Belarusian companies as a condition for providing loans to Belarus,.
The position of the Belarusian president repeatedly voiced is this: he is not against the sell off of enterprises, but only for big money. Unfortunately, this process has begun, and the last official message is: "JSC "Belaruskaly" has sold to Austrian and British companies its shares of CJSC "International Potash Company" for more than 282.2 million Russian rubles."
Summarizing the above, the Bureau of the Central Committee of the AUCPB of Belarus and Kaliningrad states: 20 years after the counter-revolutionary coup, did not bring happiness to Belarusian working people, the policy of the bourgeois reforms has not justified itself and is collapsing. Continuation of reforms to increase private sector share in the Belarusian economy is fraught with yet another increase in exploitation of Belarusian workers, peasants and intellectuals.
Among the first measures to be implemented now, we call on the Belarusian workers actively oppose the sale of property of the Republic under any pretext.
We call upon the working people of Belarus to be vigilant, because now there is a risk of another attempt by the flunky pro-Western opposition to come to power in the wake of the prevailing difficulties, and the West have plenty of money to help them with this. However, workers should know that changing one bourgeois leadership of the republic to another while maintaining the bourgeois system will not solve the problem of crises. Proof of this are examples from recent history: the overthrow by the masses of Presidents of Egypt and Tunisia did not lead to significant changes: the rich remained with their capital, and the poor are still with nothing. As always, the Zionist-imperialists of the USA won, as always their policy of "divide and conquer" bring them dividends. In the case of coming to power of the Belarusian collaborators, workers of Belarus will be exposed to double exploitation: on part of the Belarusian capitalists, and by their Western masters. Therefore it is necessary to expose the opposition bought up by the West as enemies of the Belarusian people, the spiritual heirs of Vlasov, Bandera and the few Belarusian nationalists in the period of the last war.
We, Belarusian Bolsheviks, support the actions of Leftist, bourgeois-patriotic, Slavic movements and organizations in the Soviet Union against imperialist pressure on Belarus and its people, against the interference in the internal affairs of the Belarus Republic. We advocate the strengthening of the Russia-Belarus Union, even on a bourgeois basis, because this allows our workers to unite to fight against a common enemy - capitalism.
However, we Bolsheviks declare that the complete deliverance of our country from crisis is possible only in a planned socialist economy and truly friendly relations with former Soviet republics, which existed up to its violent destruction by traitors to the united Soviet Motherland. The laws of social development, the laws of dialectics show: the movement of society back into the past is impossible, if it is a reverse movement, then it is usually temporary.
Therefore, we, Bolsheviks, declare that the victory of capitalism that we have, is a temporary phenomenon, and the period of its reign, the unjust exploitation of the working masses by a bunch of rich people depends on us. Since the beginning of April 2011 in the Belarusian currency exchange offices, surprisingly for many, long queues were formed, as in places where the population exchanged Belarusian rubles for foreign currency, there are no more U.S. dollars and euros. Media reports talked about a currency crisis in Belarus, and people start buying goods in bulk at shops, with an unfounded fear of rising prices for them. High demand has reached such proportions that from the shelves are disappearing, not only household appliances: refrigerators, gas cookers, vacuum cleaners, etc., but also food products: vegetable oil, fish, sugar and even salt, but salt is produced in Belarus in enough quantities not only for internal purposes but also for export.
The delighted paid by the West opposition, having lost at the last presidential election by a crushing defeat, has started via the Internet spreading all kinds of panicky rumors in order to enhance speculative sentiments among the population and the maximum destabilization of the country for carrying out the orders their masters - the handong over of Belarus to Western capital. And, of course, this has contributed to the further deterioration in the foreign exchange market in Belarus. A very ugly role in this is being carried on by the media of Russia, who excitedly showed great delight in the temporarily empty shelves in some Belarusian stores, and creating such an apocalyptic picture, not giving full information about what is happening, has decieved Russian viewers.
The hard pegging of the bourgeois Belarusian economy to foreign currency was not long in coming: the effects of the currency crisis turned out to be very difficult for Belarus. What has started was unseen since the early 90's, when Belarus was led by the traitor of the Soviet people pro-Western Shushkevich, with rising prices for food and industrial goods, for services rendered to population, for of fuel for vehicles to travel on the railways, etc. Since the beginning of 2011, inflation in Belarus has crossed the barrier of 25%, and many goods for January - May rose by 1.5 - 2 times. The average salary dropped from $ 500 to $ 300 a month.
In the current crisis, especially working people, retirees, have become poorer and no amount of compensatory measures by the government will cover the losses. Also on the backs of the impoverishment of workers, peasants and intellectuals, a small group of nouveau riche have gained, having at Minsk and other Belarusian cities huge houses and palaces.
Under these conditions, the National Bank of Belarus from May 24, 2011, after much hesitation officially set a new official rate of Belarusian ruble against the U.S. dollar - 4930 rubles per 1 U.S. dollar instead of the previous year - 3070 Br per 1 U.S. dollar. However, in these media you can find virtually no true information about the nature of economic crises and their causes.
Marxist-Leninist science deals with economic crises as the phase of the capitalist cycle, characterized by the rapid explosion of all the contradictions of the capitalist economy. It manifests itself in the absolute decline in production, underload of production capacity, growing unemployment, violations of the monetary and monetary and financial spheres, etc. The main reason is the basic contradiction of capitalism: the contradiction between social production and private form of appropriation of the results.
The first crisis in the history of capitalism erupted in 1825. The country currently has some elements of the crisis, but a full-scale economic crisis NOT yet. In January - April of this year, industrial production growth in Belarus reached 12.9%, and the country for this indicator is the leader of the CIS. Unemployment, according to official data, meanwhile remain at the same low level, but we, Bolsheviks, note the presence of hidden unemployment in Belarus, where employees of certain enterprises are located in the workplace, but companies are not overburdened by work or enterprises have introduced a shorter working week.
The main causes of difficulties experienced at present in Belarus, is the destruction 20 years ago of the Soviet Union and the introduction into the Republic of capitalist market relations. All other causes are the results from the indicated main reasons.
After the counter-revolutionary coup in Belarus, like other former Soviet republics, it entered the capitalist path of development, and while at the head is President Alexander Lukashenko, the speed of capitalization of the Belarus economy has been lower than in other republics, so we, Bolsheviks, have no doubt about the bourgeois character of all reforms. After the last presidential election, these reforms have been started with acceleration. Almost immediately after the election on 31.12.2010 of President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko signed directive № 4 "On the development of entrepreneurship and encouraging business activity in Belarus." For example, some of the requirements of this Directive are:
"1.1 ... the transition to market pricing mechanisms ...;
eliminate government intervention in the pricing process of business entities;
eliminate the limitation of allowances in wholesale and retail trade and the mandatory drafting of economic feasibility level of used prices (tariffs) for goods (work, services) ...
2. Take the most serious measures to protect and promote private ownership."
In the development of directives, on February 25, 2011 Decree № 72 is issued "On some issues of regulation of prices (tariffs) in the Republic of Belarus", which read: "2.2 is not an offense:
exceeding by individual entrepreneur or legal entity the established limited changes in wholesale prices index (goods) for goods (work, services) for their implementation without registration of prices (tariffs) in the prescribed manner, ...
sale of goods (work, services) by an individual entrepreneur or legal entity in the absence of economic calculation ... except regulated in accordance with this decree. "
Presidential Decree № 181 was then published from May 10, 2011 "On some measures to improve state regulation of wages." The essence of this Decree is set out in the beginning: "In order to empower employers to establish flexible payment terms of employees, taking into account the possible impact of the contribution of each employee and financial resources of entrepreneurs, I decree:
1. Grant the right to commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs to make decisions on the use of the Single tariff for workers of Belarus in determining the conditions of payment of workers." Thus, the Single tariff for workers of Belarus has become optional for entrepreneurs.
And, finally, its own contribution to the creation of chaos in the foreign exchange market in the Republic was made by thte National Bank since May 11, 2011 with the free floating of exchange rates for transactions in the population, corridor fluctuations have expanded in the ruble against the currency basket to 12%. Of course, all this was a signal for panic. And when the situation became unmanageable, out came the above-mentioned decision of the National Bank of 24 May 2011.
As you may know, the classic example of the bourgeois economists on overcoming crisis was US president Roosevelt during the "Great Depression" of 1929 - 1933. He for the first time applied the methods of firm state regulation of the American capitalist economy, and from 1934, America gradually came out of severe economic crisis. But here we note that by 1937, America was again creeping into the next crisis, and only the approach of the Second World War, which allowed American capitalists to open multibillion-dollar military contracts at the expense of taxpayers, saved it from the next even more devastating crisis. This example very eloquently confirms the Marxist thesis of the inevitability of crises and wars of capitalism. By the way, regarding the latest world economic crisis, many bourgeois economists are already predicting the approach of its second wave, more destructive than the wave of 2008 - 2009.
As you can see, the actions of the administration of the Belarusian president in the first half of 2011, on the contrary have been directed towards a departure from past policies of government regulation and towards the transition to a policy of granting complete freedom of entrepreneurship and business - and straight away you can see the Belarusian economy is faced with crises. In this case, what is confirmed by the Leninist thesis is that private ownership every minute and every second generates new private ownership. Small Belarusian private capital having occupied at the start, has gained strength under President Alexander Lukashenko, and is now demanding an increase in its share of the Belarusian "pie". And the bourgeois president, from the first days of speaking for the presence in the Belarusian economy of private property, must now go to meet them.
However, when "Belarusian traders for the master," lost conscience, and the rise in prices took a threatening nature, the president intervened - and some prices were reduced. AUCPB STATEMENT ON THE START OF THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR
ON JUNE 22, 1941 - 70 YEARS AGO, THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR OF THE SOVIET PEOPLE BEGAN AGAINST THE NAZI INVADERS
70 years have past from the date of the treacherous attack by Nazi Germany on our Soviet Motherland, but the date of June 22, 1941 a heavy, open wound remains in the memory of our people.
In the modern bourgeois media (in fact - DISINFORMATION), another campaign of slander and concealing true facts about the pre-war period and the beginning of World War II has been launched. Corrupt journalists and historian-populists on TV and radio channels, with anguish in their voices read aloud to us "all the known documents and reports," which, allegedly, "Stalin did not believe," even though it is known exactly what they are - fake or fraudulent fragments, not carrying specific information about the date of commencement of the war. Bourgeois-pro-Zionist media continue to make a fool us by their long-known slogan: "all those believe it are cattle!" And afterwards, some "believe", and then start to throw mud at their country of Soviets, their fathers and grandfathers, who with weapons in hands upheld our light, bright home, in the throes of hard-won socialism.
We must, and are entitled to know the truth about what really happened on June 22, 1941, why it happened, and who is to blame.
In spite of Khrushchev's pogroms of the archives, a number of facts that the Soviet leadership, headed by Stalin was preparing to repel the attack of Nazi Germany and its satellites have been preserved. Here are some of them:
- Intelligence by the NKVD reported to Stalin strictly documentary evidence that from May 22, the Wehrmacht military transport was put on maximum tight schedule (countdown "X"). On May 24, Stalin reports to the Politburo: "It seems that in the near future we shall receive a surprise attack by Germany!" Covert movement of Sovit troops began.
- June 18, 1941, Stalin authorizes a directive to the General Staff to place the first strategic echelon troops on full alert (possibly destroyed under Khrushchev, but references to it are preserved in a number of archival documents and memoirs of people who took part in the war). Surviving orders, pursuant to the directive, talk about stealth from enemy troop movements in Ur, laying mines using all stockpiled anti-personnel and anti-tank mines, and preparation for blowing up bridges, about returning to their units with air defense exercises, etc.
The commander of the Belorussian Military District, General Pavlov, did not comply with the, and Zhukov did not control the situation!
- In the evening of 21 June 1941, under the leadership of Stalin, a meeting was held, at which the decision was made about Directive number 1, in which it expressly stated that a surprise attack by Germany was possible, and, moreover, clearly indicated the need to "be in full combat readiness." While Zhukov and Timoshenko finished the document text, Beria, from the reception of Stalin's office, on the phone gave the command code and at 2130 June 21, 1941, border and internal troops, all the organs of internal affairs and national security were in full combat readiness. Until 00.30 on June 22, Directive number 1 was transferred to the General Staff in all Districts. At 4.00 am on June 22, along the western border of the USSR, all the troops in arms to meet adequately the brutal enemy, and the Belarusian Military District under the command of General Pavlov slept in barracks and tents ... In the Baltic Military District at night on June 22, 1941, planes of the first echelon in convoy, fully fuelled and equipped, were on the runways of airfields, but the command to take off did not follow!?

Corrupt journalists and historian-populists on TV and radio channels, with anguish in their voices read aloud to us "all the known documents and reports," which, allegedly, "Stalin did not believe," even though it is known exactly what they are - fake or fraudulent fragments, not carrying specific information about the date of commencement of the war. Bourgeois-pro-Zionist media continue to make a fool us by their long-known slogan: "all those believe it are cattle!" And afterwards, some "believe", and then start to throw mud at their country of Soviets, their fathers and grandfathers, who with weapons in hands upheld our light, bright home, in the throes of hard-won socialism.
We must, and are entitled to know the truth about what really happened on June 22, 1941, why it happened, and who is to blame.
In spite of Khrushchev's pogroms of the archives, a number of facts that the Soviet leadership, headed by Stalin was preparing to repel the attack of Nazi Germany and its satellites have been preserved. Here are some of them:
- Intelligence by the NKVD reported to Stalin strictly documentary evidence that from May 22, the Wehrmacht military transport was put on maximum tight schedule (countdown "X"). On May 24, Stalin reports to the Politburo: "It seems that in the near future we shall receive a surprise attack by Germany!" Covert movement of Sovit troops began.
- June 18, 1941, Stalin authorizes a directive to the General Staff to place the first strategic echelon troops on full alert (possibly destroyed under Khrushchev, but references to it are preserved in a number of archival documents and memoirs of people who took part in the war). Surviving orders, pursuant to the directive, talk about stealth from enemy troop movements in Ur, laying mines using all stockpiled anti-personnel and anti-tank mines, and preparation for blowing up bridges, about returning to their units with air defense exercises, etc.
The commander of the Belorussian Military District, General Pavlov, did not comply with the, and Zhukov did not control the situation!
- In the evening of 21 June 1941, under the leadership of Stalin, a meeting was held, at which the decision was made about Directive number 1, in which it expressly stated that a surprise attack by Germany was possible, and, moreover, clearly indicated the need to "be in full combat readiness." While Zhukov and Timoshenko finished the document text, Beria, from the reception of Stalin's office, on the phone gave the command code and at 2130 June 21, 1941, border and internal troops, all the organs of internal affairs and national security were in full combat readiness. Until 00.30 on June 22, Directive number 1 was transferred to the General Staff in all Districts. At 4.00 am on June 22, along the western border of the USSR, all the troops in arms to meet adequately the brutal enemy, and the Belarusian Military District under the command of General Pavlov slept in barracks and tents ... In the Baltic Military District at night on June 22, 1941, planes of the first echelon in convoy, fully fuelled and equipped, were on the runways of airfields, but the command to take off did not follow!?
We want to know the TRUTH, and it is hidden in the criminal cases of Pavlov and the Air Force. The truth about the treachery and betrayal of the people is needed because today fascism, the not quite dead carriers which were flown to the U.S. by plan ODESSA, have again stood up and began to gain momentum in several countries on the planet. Now it is called differently - ZIONISM, but the methods are old, used in 30-40s of last century. We see what pro-Zionist U.S. ruling circles, and Israel are doing in the world today. We can see what is happening in a number of states that have emerged in the Soviet Union and and the socialist camp, the genocide of indigenous people, the prohibition of Soviet flags, the attacks on the veterans, marching Nazis, desecration of monuments to the fallen in the struggle against fascism of the III-Third Reich. IN MEMORY OF THE FOUNDER OF THE WORKERS’ PARTY OF BELGIUM (PTB) COMRADE LUDO MARTENS
After a long and serious illness, on June 5, 2011, former chairman of the Workers’ Party of Belgium (WPB), Ludo Martens (1946-2011) died. Politician and scientist Ludo Martens conducted extensive research on the causes of the collapse of socialism in the USSR and Eastern Europe, and he has written several books on the subject. He believed in the strengthening and unification of the international communist movement on the basis of scientific socialism and in the spirit of internationalism. Many of us knew him especially as the initiator of the annual International Communist Seminar, which from 1992 to early 2000-s took place under his personal chairmanship. Our party, the AUCPB also took an active part in the seminars.
Ludo Martens began his revolutionary activities in May 1968, becoming one of the most prominent student leaders of the European events of May 1968. He brought innovative ideas from around the world to universities through the establishment of student union movement (SVB), developed solidarity with the struggle of black people in America for equal rights, fought against the narrowness of nationalism and made great efforts to enhance solidarity between the student and worker movements.
In 1979, Ludo Martens was one of the founders of the leftist Workers’ Party of Belgium, originated in the merger of student and labour movement in the turbulent 1970's. Ludo Martens turned into reality the slogan "serve the people" among other things by supporting the organization "Medicine for the People".
11 "Medicine for the People" clinics that are free today, service more than 25000 patients and have been and remain one of the most important achievements of the WPB. The WPB today has 4,500 members and has grassroots organizations in 30 cities and 120 workplaces Belgium.
Ludo Martens led the WPB until 1999. In the last decade of his life, he was particularly active in the Congo. With his books on the Congolese freedom fighters - Patrice Lumumba, Pierre Mulele and Leonie Abo he wanted to support the progressive movement in Congo. "Returning history to those who made it," as he would put it.

RUSSIA'S SHAME AND UTTER DISGRACE
MEDVEDEV'S POSITION ON LIBYA IS RUSSIA’S UTTER DISGRACE
Statement by the Central Committee of the AUCPB on May 29, 2011
As you all may already know, on May 26-27 in Deauville (France) took place another summit of the Group of “Eight” (G8), in which state leaders discussed the current problems being the IMF, the situation in North Africa (Libya) and the Middle East, the creation of a European missile defence system, etc. At this summit, Mr. Obama actually showed WHO is master in the imperialist world. Barack Obama with his assistant to him President Dmitry Medvedev made the gathering of leaders at the summit of six European states, the "Six", wait half an hour (an unprecedented event!) whilst he condescended to an 1.5 hours talk with Dmitry Medvedev behind closed doors. Both were satisfied with the discussion. Dmitry Medvedev glowed with happiness, appeared before reporters.
"Over the past few years, a lot has been done to change the relationship” (between America and Russia – FB) - he told reporters. “We have every chance to preserve the positive trend, but we need to work hard and in the same spirit that exists between the presidents." Barack Obama told reporters that "he is very happy to see his friend and partner, Dmitry Medvedev." "In two years, we have succeeded in improving our relations, managed to really restart it, make it so that it contributes to the security and prosperity of the countries” (in the U.S. - yes, but not for Russia. - Our opinion). Barack Obama said that Moscow and Washington "are realizing the START Treaty, cooperating in the spreading of nuclear security in the area of counterterrorism and intelligence, implementing strong sanctions against Iran (!)” - And in this area, they have betrayed. That is our opinion). Obama also thanked Moscow for doing "very much useful in the transporting of various cargoes to Afghanistan." (In a simultaneously issued joint report of the coordinators of the Russian-American presidential commission, it stated that the transit of cargos through Russia to Afghanistan, had carried out over a thousand flights and carried more than 170,000 troops.) According to the White House, "the interaction with President Medvedev has always been very good, even outstanding. The Russian leader is "doing a lot of good things, that Russia has moved forward on a broad range of issues and strengthened cooperation with the U.S.", he said. "We have created working groups on the rule of law and innovation, and these are key priorities, and President Medvedev continues to modernize." WHAT kind of modernization and the rule of law this actually is in a totally corrupt government, we, the citizens of Russia, see in the break-up and destruction of the Russian Federation, the further growth of poverty, destruction of our defence capability in order to please the U.S., the destruction of the world's best during Soviet times education system, etc., the transition to paid services for the public anywhere and everywhere.
One of the most important decisions of the summit in Deauville is that Russia was the first to accede to the demands of the other leaders of the G8 - a coalition bombing Libya, to get rid of Moammar Gadhafi from power. Russia even took on the role of mediation in this traitorous mission. But this a demand to remove Muammar Gaddafi - the original demand and the purpose of military bombing U.S. and the coalition initiated by the U.S. is in the lust to capture Libyan oil. We recall that in the recent past, the entire fault of Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein was that he was "sitting on the richest oil field in the Middle East." And his public execution, brutally carried out by the Americans in the absence of confirmation of any charges of the United States in his address by various commissions that worked in Iraq, is dastardly murder. And today, the shedding of crocodile tears over the firing on allegedly, "a defenceless peaceful civilian population" of Libya by Gaddafi is yet another scam myth by the USA. For the thugs and drug addicts being trained by special forces of the coalition sent into Libya, the thugs armed and supplied with food and weapons by that same coalition, the thugs bought up with American dollars, the thugs that are cowardly and vile, do not fit the status of "peaceful civilians" of Libya who are still fighting alongside Gaddafi for the independence and freedom of their own country.
It is shameful that Russia, through its leadership now has a mission, fascist, Nazi mission to help the U.S. in its aggressive policy of human-hating seizure of everything that is not theirs, which sharply contradicts the UN Charter with respect to a sovereign state. Every nation should choose its own leaders or appoint them, not on orders from the U.S.. It is we, Russians, for some reason we put up with Gorbachev and Yeltsin, and other traitors to reign on the throne with the help of the U.S. ...
We condemn the allegiance position of Russia's leadership in the Libyan question and demand it not to pull chestnuts for the U.S. from the fire of civil war waged by the barbarian Crusaders of the twenty-first century. This position is Russia’s disgrace, an abuse of its ancient traditions and historical mission.
We fully support the freedom-loving people of Libya and its leader Muammar Gaddafi in their just holy war for freedom and independence of their homeland!

AUCPB CONGRATULATIONS ON VICTORY DAY
Congratulations to our readers, all workers of the ex-USSR, war veterans and the Soviet Armed Forces on the 66 th anniversary of the Great Soviet people's victory over the Nazi invaders.
The victory over fascism was achieved under the leadership of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), headed by Generalissimo J.V. STALIN. At the basis were the advantages of the Soviet socialist system and the planned socialist economy over the capitalist economies of Nazi Germany. There was friendship and brotherhood among peoples of the USSR, Soviet patriotism and proletarian internationalism, courage, bravery and heroism of Soviet people in the front and rear, the superiority of Soviet military science over the vaunted Prussian military schools. There was also the leadership talent of our military commanders, indestructible unity of the Party and people, passionate love to their socialist country and leader of the Soviet people, Joseph Stalin.
Under the slogan "For Stalin, for the Motherland!", soldiers, commanders and political workers clambered into attack and beheaded the fascist beast in its lair in Berlin on May 9, 1945.
The Soviet Army, together with the Warsaw Pact allies for almost half a century kept the peace throughout the world, allowed the people of the USSR and the countries socialist commonwelath work in peace, to build and develop socialism ...
WITHSTAND AND WIN!
As a result of the counter-revolution, carried out by the treacherous leadership of Gorbachev and the temporary breakdown of the USSR, the glorious Soviet Armed Forces were also destroyed.
U.S.-NATO imperialism, aiming for world domination and subjugation of all nations and peoples, the seizure of raw materials, minerals and petroleum resources, meeting no resistance, systematically unleashes one after another wars of aggression across the planet.
At the service of Zionists US-Israel NATO, the UN with its Security Council 18 March unleashed another war of aggression against independent Libya, seeking to put under control the rich oil resources of this small Arab country. An extremely ambiguous ostrich stance in the Security Council was adopted by Russia and China who did not support the Security Council resolution, but did use their power of veto which allowed US-NATO aggressors to wage war against the proud people of Libya and its leader, Muammar Gaddafi under the hypocritical guise of "protection of civilians" from the "oppressive regime".
Hundreds of bombs and Tomahawk missles rained down on the small country. According to the Health Ministry of Libya, in the first week of the aggressive actions the number of victims of bombing, missile attacks amounted to 114 peaceful civilians in the country, with more than 400 injured. In just two weeks of fighting, the cost to the United States amounted to nearly half a billion dollars and they handed over command of operations to NATO, headed by a Canadian general.
Now the aggressors are widely discussing the possibility of transition to a ground operation and supply of weapons to the "insurgents" who are actually serving the West and betraying their own people and country.
But the majority of Libyans rallied around their leader Muammar Gaddafi and declare: "We are free people and, if necessary, wll give up our lives for our freedom. We hate the American jackals and will fight with them until the end. We will not surrender and will not betray."
Today the sands of Libya have turned in a battleground between the combined forces of reaction and the forces of progress, between imperialism that is increasingly immersed in the depths of the biggest, intrinsically (internally) inherent crisis, and the people who have opted for free and independent development.
We wish the freedom-loving people of Libya and their courageous leader Muammar Gaddafi to withstand this unequal fight, to defend the integrity of their country, their freedom and independence.

On the night of March 20, 2011 Viktor Ilyukhin died suddenly, a highly talented, Honoured Lawyer of Russia, a scientist, a communist, a patriot of our country, always at the forefront of the struggle against the counterrevolution. He was a Doctor of Law, professor, corresponding member of the International Slavic Academy of Sciences, Education, Arts and Culture, Professor of the International Academy of Information Technology, Full Member (Academician) of the International Academy of Information Processes and Technology. V.I. Ilyukhin was the author of several books, including: The Case of Mikhail Gorbachev (1993), "Leaders and Werewolves" (1993), "Save Russia" (1995), "Yeltsin is Accused" (1999). In the State Duma as a member of the Communist Party faction, he was Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building. He was Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Security Committee, member of the State Duma anti-corruption commission, member of State Duma on examining the federal budget on defense and national security of Russia. He was Chairman of the All-Russia movement "in support of the army, defence industry and military science." He worked hard to deconstruct falsehoods by the enemies of the Fatherland, upholding the historical truth about our Soviet history. He boldly spoke out against crimes by the supreme authorities, denounced its evils, universal venality, anti-national character. He was an excellent, honest, decent and principled man. The death of Victor Ilyukhin for all of us communists, is a very big loss.
We are shocked by the news of his sudden death from a heart attack.
He was 62 years old. Viktor Ilyukhin was in good physical shape and had a high capacity for work, therefore his death raises many questions, if we take into account his political opposition to the higher authority.

HANDS OFF LIBYA!
On the night of March 18, the controlled by the U.S. UN Security Council adopted a resolution authorizing the imposition of a no-fly zone over Libya. This means that from now on, warplanes of Muammar Gaddafi have no right to strike at the "opposition" (in fact: bandits who had seized the government arms warehouses and are leading an armed struggle against the lawful government of the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya). In addition, the UN Security Council resolution calls for "all necessary measures" to protect the civilian population of Libya from the forces of al-Gaddafi (rebels with arms in their hands – is that a civilian population?) This wording actually allows international military intervention to take place.
Participants in the military operation (aggression) in Libya (they claim to be the United States, France, Great Britain, a number of Arab states) in the first stage are to use cruise missiles and combat aircraft to destroy command posts of the Libyan air defence. U.S. Navy ships, such as the aircraft carrier Enterprise and the amphibious assault ship Kearsarge will provide artillery and air support.
10 members voted in the UN Security Council with the necessary nine votes in favour of the resolution proposed by the United States, Britain, France and Lebanon. Five countries abstained from the vote: Russia, China, India, Brazil and Germany.
This resolution unties the hands of the imperialist hawks for aggression against Libya. France and Britain, according to the diplomats of these countries are ready to carry out strikes on the positions of government troops of Muammar Gaddafi.
In turn, officials of the Libyan Government said that the resolution adopted by the U.N. Security Council making air strikes on positions of government troops legitimate, jeopardizes the country's unity and indirectly encourages Libyans to kill each other.
Shaken by crisis, the imperialist world for the sake of renewing its existence, is trying to ignite the fire of world war in different parts of the globe. In Libya, the international gendarme - United States, fighter for "human rights", is attempting to repeat the scenario of the destruction of Yugoslavia, Iraq and Afghanistan. In a unipolar world, which become such because of the dismemberment of the USSR, unfortunately there is no force capable of confronting the criminal policy of the United States – the world dictator, brazenly ignoring the fundamental provisions of international law on the full sovereignty of each independent state.
As you know, in September 1969 after the revolution led by Muammar Gaddafi, in Libya the monarchy was overthrown, the monarchy which helpfully entitled foreign companies to shamelessly plunder Libya and for a song to take away its national wealth - oil. The new revolutionary government after overthrowing the rotten regime, strongly indicated its desire to achieve national independence and the elimination of foreign domination and to implement progressive economic and social transformation. Britain was forced to evacuate their military bases in March 1970 from the territory of Libya and the U.S. - in June 1970.
As a result of the transformations, the Government of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, headed by its leader Gaddafi, put the country's oil resources in the service of the Libyan people. In recent years, Libya has firmly ranked first in terms of human development in Africa and has the highest life expectancy on the continent. This is the most advanced country of all countries on the African continent.
However, the country needed a large number of foreign workers to carry out ambitious plans for economic growth and social development. The Libyan government has provided jobs to hundreds of thousands of foreign workers - Egyptian, Tunisian, Chinese and others. Today, most of them (for good pay) along with a small part of sold out to the US Libyan intellectuals and drug addicted youth have been used by an extensive network of foreign intelligence services (primarily American) as the "opposition" in an attempt to overthrow the regime of Muammar Gaddafi. World imperialism needs Libyan oil, the oil of the highest quality, and gas. The rhetoric of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton about "democracy" and "human rights", are lies and misinformation, propagated by all the foreign media regarding events in Libya, have the same goal - to overthrow the anti-American independent Muammar Gaddafi, and to lay their hands on their wealth of Libya, putting at the head of the country their own loyal puppet. But, as witnesses say, the majority of Libyans support their leader.
Huge amounts of money dumped into the laps of the "opposition" by the West, have allowed the opposition for a time, to establish control over the east of the country and some western areas. However, to capture entire Libya by means of "quick wins" and another "colour revolution" failed. Gaddafi and his entourage were able to mobilize all the loyalist part of the country and launch an offensive against pro-Western forces "insurgents." As a result, the "rebels" were forced out of major refining centres of Libyan oil and the port of Ras Lanuf and Marsa el-Brega, cities Es-Zawiya, Sirte and Adzhdabiya, and also an assault on the third city of Libya, Misurata, was launched and government forces are preparing an operation to free the main centre of the pro-Western rebels - the country's second city - Benghazi.
Seeing that the sweet dream of owning Libyan oil is becoming unattainable, the U.S. pushed through on March 18 this year via the UN Security Council, a resolution, paving the way for predatory attacks on a defiant state. The Italian government has already announced that it is ready to provide military bases to implement the UN Security Council resolution adopted, and the military air base in Sicily, which is used by the 6 th U.S. Navy, the most closely located to Libya, a NATO base, is preparing to conduct military operations ...

On March 5, 1953 Joseph Stalin died - an outstanding leader of the Bolshevik Party and the multinational Soviet state, the leader of the world proletariat and a faithful disciple and successor of the cause of Lenin,and Supreme Commander of the Soviet Armed Forces.
Stalin –was the greatest organizer of the socialist state, not knowing exploitation of man by man, social and national oppression. Stalin, uniting the people of the Soviet Union in a friendly and fraternal family, in a historically short period of time brought Russia to the forefront of industrial, scientific, technological and cultural progress. In years of severe trials of 1941-45, Stalin was able to mobilize all the forces of the people and defeat the enemy, defend freedom, honor and independence of our Soviet homeland.
Stalin for us today is our battle flag that indicates to us the right path of struggle, strengthening our faith in victory, giving us the strength to overcome any difficulties.
With what an incredible rage and anger the ruling authorities are trying to erase from the consciousness of working people the fond memory of Stalin, to discredit him and the entire period of Soviet history. Most of all they are scared by the growth of class and national consciousness of the people, first of all - the Russian people. After all, Stalin's name is merged with the heroic pages of the struggle of the peoples of the USSR for their liberation, the struggle for socialism, which is now a living example in the struggle of workers around the world for their rights.
But the ever-increasing growth of the prestige of Stalin in our society and the world will not be stopped by anyone. Just like they can not stop the course of human history, which is now moving from capitalist barbarism that put mankind on the brink of death, to communist society, which once and for all will put an end to war and exploitation and ensure peace and happiness on Earth.
On this day, March 5, all the progressive people of the world honor the cherished memory of Joseph Stalin.

On December 6th 2010, late at night in the town of Pushkin near Leningrad, a 2.5 meter high monument of V.I. Lenin was blown up. During the Great Patriotic War, it he was taken by the Nazis to Germany for smelting. But the German workers hid the monument. After the war the bronze statue of Lenin was returned to the town of Pushkin. Now the modern Nazis have blown up the monument of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin.

On the evening of December 31, 2010 in Zaporozhe, Ukraine an act of vandalizm was carried out - a monument to Joseph Stalin, leader of the Soviet people, the working class and toiling masses of the world, the head of the world's first State of workers and peasants - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Generalissimo of the Great Victory over fascism, was blown up.
It was blown up cowardly and secretly under cover of night by the modern successors of the bloody cause of Bandera – the fascist hireling, and bloody butcher of Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, Belarusian, Jewish and other peoples.
Modern followers of Bandera try to whitewash him and his henchmen’s bloody deeds, and to present Bandera as a fighter for an "independent Ukraine". But we all remember that the Bandera, Miller, Shukhevych and other leaders of OUN-UPA (Ukrainian Insurgency Army) were educated and trained in the Nazi special forces schools, were agents of the Abwehr, and Hitler's loyal lackeys. The Banderites broke into Lvov following the Nazis in June 30, 1941, and adopted the "Act of proclamation of the Ukrainian State” which was read by Deputy of Bandera, Stetsko. In this "Act", Bandera vowed that the "Renewed Ukrainian state will work closely with National Socialist Great Germany, which under the leadership of Adolf Hitler, is creating a new order in Europe and the world and helping the Ukrainian people break free from under Moscow's occupation. Immediately Bandera showed what this "new order" was. With the blessing of metropolitan A. Sheptitsky, Bandera began the shooting, killing, torturing of civilians, throwing babies onto the pavements from the upper floors of houses. In several days they had killed more than three thousand people of Lvov, mostly of Polish origin, including 70 scholars of world renown.

The kind of "independence" of Ukraine today’s nationalists have brought under the yellow and blue banner, the workers can very well see: industry and agriculture destroyed, the destruction of science, ravaged free health care and education, multi-million unemployment, widespread poverty, alcohol abuse, alcoholism, drug addiction, the extinction of the Ukrainian people (the number of Ukraine's population has decreased over this period from 52.25 million. to less than 46 million, and when including those people who went abroad in search of work and earnings for a piece of bread, at least another 7 million, and so Ukraine is now home to less than 40 million people.).
The current nationalists-neobanderovits have moved over to the service of a new master - modern Zionist-American fascism and working the dollars spent on them.
But no matter how enraged the current followers of Bandera are, the greatness of J.V. Stalin - the organizer of victory over fascism, they will not diminish him.
Every day the people, despite the unbridled anti-Stalinist, anti-Communist and anti-Soviet propaganda, have growing respect for the leader and a growing awareness of his role and greatness. There is no comparison to the full-blooded life of happiness of working people in Soviet Socialist Ukraine, which was among the most highly developed countries in the world - with life in today’s Ukraine, a capitalist and dying Ukraine.
Having come to power, the regime of Yanukovych-Azarov, the regime of big capital, is holding the modern Ukrainian Nationalists - followers of Bandera and the possessed Hitler, as the last reserve in the fight against widespread public anger.
We appeal to the working class, the working people of Ukraine – begin your struggle for salvation from extinction and poverty, for freedom from exploitation and oppression, under the victorious banner of Lenin and Stalin!

On the evening of December 31, 2010 in Zaporozhe, Ukraine an act of vandalizm was carried out - a monument to Joseph Stalin, leader of the Soviet people, the working class and toiling masses of the world, the head of the world's first State of workers and peasants - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Generalissimo of the Great Victory over fascism, was blown up.
It was blown up cowardly and secretly under cover of night by the modern successors of the bloody cause of Bandera – the fascist hireling, and bloody butcher of Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, Belarusian, Jewish and other peoples.
Modern followers of Bandera try to whitewash him and his henchmen’s bloody deeds, and to present Bandera as a fighter for an "independent Ukraine". But we all remember that the Bandera, Miller, Shukhevych and other leaders of OUN-UPA (Ukrainian Insurgency Army) were educated and trained in the Nazi special forces schools, were agents of the Abwehr, and Hitler's loyal lackeys. The Banderites broke into Lvov following the Nazis in June 30, 1941, and adopted the "Act of proclamation of the Ukrainian State” which was read by Deputy of Bandera, Stetsko. In this "Act", Bandera vowed that the "Renewed Ukrainian state will work closely with National Socialist Great Germany, which under the leadership of Adolf Hitler, is creating a new order in Europe and the world and helping the Ukrainian people break free from under Moscow's occupation.
