On the night of March 20, 2011 Viktor Ilyukhin died suddenly, a highly talented, Honoured Lawyer of Russia, a scientist, a communist, a patriot of our country, always at the forefront of the struggle against the counterrevolution. He was a Doctor of Law, professor, corresponding member of the International Slavic Academy of Sciences, Education, Arts and Culture, Professor of the International Academy of Information Technology, Full Member (Academician) of the International Academy of Information Processes and Technology. V.I. Ilyukhin was the author of several books, including: The Case of Mikhail Gorbachev (1993), "Leaders and Werewolves" (1993), "Save Russia" (1995), "Yeltsin is Accused" (1999). In the State Duma as a member of the Communist Party faction, he was Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building. He was Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Security Committee, member of the State Duma anti-corruption commission, member of State Duma on examining the federal budget on defense and national security of Russia. He was Chairman of the All-Russia movement "in support of the army, defence industry and military science." He worked hard to deconstruct falsehoods by the enemies of the Fatherland, upholding the historical truth about our Soviet history. He boldly spoke out against crimes by the supreme authorities, denounced its evils, universal venality, anti-national character. He was an excellent, honest, decent and principled man. The death of Victor Ilyukhin for all of us communists, is a very big loss.
We are shocked by the news of his sudden death from a heart attack.
He was 62 years old. Viktor Ilyukhin was in good physical shape and had a high capacity for work, therefore his death raises many questions, if we take into account his political opposition to the higher authority.
The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks expresses deep condolences to the families and friends of Viktor Ivanovich. The bright memory of Viktor Ivanovich Ilyukhin will forever remain in our hearts.
On March 22, the funeral of V.I. Ilyukhin took place at the Troekurov cemetery in Moscow.

HANDS OFF LIBYA!
On the night of March 18, the controlled by the U.S. UN Security Council adopted a resolution authorizing the imposition of a no-fly zone over Libya. This means that from now on, warplanes of Muammar Gaddafi have no right to strike at the "opposition" (in fact: bandits who had seized the government arms warehouses and are leading an armed struggle against the lawful government of the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya). In addition, the UN Security Council resolution calls for "all necessary measures" to protect the civilian population of Libya from the forces of al-Gaddafi (rebels with arms in their hands – is that a civilian population?) This wording actually allows international military intervention to take place.
Participants in the military operation (aggression) in Libya (they claim to be the United States, France, Great Britain, a number of Arab states) in the first stage are to use cruise missiles and combat aircraft to destroy command posts of the Libyan air defence. U.S. Navy ships, such as the aircraft carrier Enterprise and the amphibious assault ship Kearsarge will provide artillery and air support.
10 members voted in the UN Security Council with the necessary nine votes in favour of the resolution proposed by the United States, Britain, France and Lebanon. Five countries abstained from the vote: Russia, China, India, Brazil and Germany.
This resolution unties the hands of the imperialist hawks for aggression against Libya. France and Britain, according to the diplomats of these countries are ready to carry out strikes on the positions of government troops of Muammar Gaddafi.
In turn, officials of the Libyan Government said that the resolution adopted by the U.N. Security Council making air strikes on positions of government troops legitimate, jeopardizes the country's unity and indirectly encourages Libyans to kill each other.
Shaken by crisis, the imperialist world for the sake of renewing its existence, is trying to ignite the fire of world war in different parts of the globe. In Libya, the international gendarme - United States, fighter for "human rights", is attempting to repeat the scenario of the destruction of Yugoslavia, Iraq and Afghanistan. In a unipolar world, which become such because of the dismemberment of the USSR, unfortunately there is no force capable of confronting the criminal policy of the United States – the world dictator, brazenly ignoring the fundamental provisions of international law on the full sovereignty of each independent state.
As you know, in September 1969 after the revolution led by Muammar Gaddafi, in Libya the monarchy was overthrown, the monarchy which helpfully entitled foreign companies to shamelessly plunder Libya and for a song to take away its national wealth - oil. The new revolutionary government after overthrowing the rotten regime, strongly indicated its desire to achieve national independence and the elimination of foreign domination and to implement progressive economic and social transformation. Britain was forced to evacuate their military bases in March 1970 from the territory of Libya and the U.S. - in June 1970.
As a result of the transformations, the Government of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, headed by its leader Gaddafi, put the country's oil resources in the service of the Libyan people. In recent years, Libya has firmly ranked first in terms of human development in Africa and has the highest life expectancy on the continent. This is the most advanced country of all countries on the African continent.
However, the country needed a large number of foreign workers to carry out ambitious plans for economic growth and social development. The Libyan government has provided jobs to hundreds of thousands of foreign workers - Egyptian, Tunisian, Chinese and others. Today, most of them (for good pay) along with a small part of sold out to the US Libyan intellectuals and drug addicted youth have been used by an extensive network of foreign intelligence services (primarily American) as the "opposition" in an attempt to overthrow the regime of Muammar Gaddafi. World imperialism needs Libyan oil, the oil of the highest quality, and gas. The rhetoric of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton about "democracy" and "human rights", are lies and misinformation, propagated by all the foreign media regarding events in Libya, have the same goal - to overthrow the anti-American independent Muammar Gaddafi, and to lay their hands on their wealth of Libya, putting at the head of the country their own loyal puppet. But, as witnesses say, the majority of Libyans support their leader.
Huge amounts of money dumped into the laps of the "opposition" by the West, have allowed the opposition for a time, to establish control over the east of the country and some western areas. However, to capture entire Libya by means of "quick wins" and another "colour revolution" failed. Gaddafi and his entourage were able to mobilize all the loyalist part of the country and launch an offensive against pro-Western forces "insurgents." As a result, the "rebels" were forced out of major refining centres of Libyan oil and the port of Ras Lanuf and Marsa el-Brega, cities Es-Zawiya, Sirte and Adzhdabiya, and also an assault on the third city of Libya, Misurata, was launched and government forces are preparing an operation to free the main centre of the pro-Western rebels - the country's second city - Benghazi.
Seeing that the sweet dream of owning Libyan oil is becoming unattainable, the U.S. pushed through on March 18 this year via the UN Security Council, a resolution, paving the way for predatory attacks on a defiant state. The Italian government has already announced that it is ready to provide military bases to implement the UN Security Council resolution adopted, and the military air base in Sicily, which is used by the 6 th U.S. Navy, the most closely located to Libya, a NATO base, is preparing to conduct military operations ...
The All-Union Communist Party Bolsheviks strongly opposes the impending aggression of NATO forces led by the USA against sovereign Libya.
We fully support with the people of Libya and its leader, Muammar Gaddafi, fully support their just struggle for freedom and independence of their country!
We demand an end to the inhumane preparation of international imperialism, headed by the U.S. of new aggression against Libya now!

REMEMBRANCE DAY OF J.V. STALIN
On March 5, 1953 Joseph Stalin died - an outstanding leader of the Bolshevik Party and the multinational Soviet state, the leader of the world proletariat and a faithful disciple and successor of the cause of Lenin,and Supreme Commander of the Soviet Armed Forces.
Stalin –was the greatest organizer of the socialist state, not knowing exploitation of man by man, social and national oppression. Stalin, uniting the people of the Soviet Union in a friendly and fraternal family, in a historically short period of time brought Russia to the forefront of industrial, scientific, technological and cultural progress. In years of severe trials of 1941-45, Stalin was able to mobilize all the forces of the people and defeat the enemy, defend freedom, honor and independence of our Soviet homeland.
Stalin for us today is our battle flag that indicates to us the right path of struggle, strengthening our faith in victory, giving us the strength to overcome any difficulties.
With what an incredible rage and anger the ruling authorities are trying to erase from the consciousness of working people the fond memory of Stalin, to discredit him and the entire period of Soviet history. Most of all they are scared by the growth of class and national consciousness of the people, first of all - the Russian people. After all, Stalin's name is merged with the heroic pages of the struggle of the peoples of the USSR for their liberation, the struggle for socialism, which is now a living example in the struggle of workers around the world for their rights.
But the ever-increasing growth of the prestige of Stalin in our society and the world will not be stopped by anyone. Just like they can not stop the course of human history, which is now moving from capitalist barbarism that put mankind on the brink of death, to communist society, which once and for all will put an end to war and exploitation and ensure peace and happiness on Earth.
On this day, March 5, all the progressive people of the world honor the cherished memory of Joseph Stalin.

STATEMENT BY THE SECRETARIAT OF THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE AUCPB
On December 6th 2010, late at night in the town of Pushkin near Leningrad, a 2.5 meter high monument of V.I. Lenin was blown up. During the Great Patriotic War, it he was taken by the Nazis to Germany for smelting. But the German workers hid the monument. After the war the bronze statue of Lenin was returned to the town of Pushkin. Now the modern Nazis have blown up the monument of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin.
Regardless of whoever is announced the perpetrators of this act of cave-like vandalism, the blowing up of the monument to Lenin is an act carried out in accordance with the proclaimed and headed by Dmitry Medvedev in early October, campaign of so-called "De-Stalinization" or the same thing - "desovietization" of public consciousness, which the President has defined as "an essential part of public policy" of Russia.
Because the main culprit deed, we believe president Dmitry Medvedev, who proclaimed in fact, the fight against communism - a policy which was held by the demon-possessed Fuhrer. Probably, Medvedev is not able to see that in society, there is a growing wave of sharp opposition to today's life and impending social explosion, which is being greatly aided by the "democratism," of Medvedev not only in the ideological sphere, but also in the social sphere, too. It is high time for Medvedev to become thoughtful, to there he is heading, driven by the American political lobby. Also as we know, it is impossible to ban ideology.

FASCISM WILL NOT PASS!

On the evening of December 31, 2010 in Zaporozhe, Ukraine an act of vandalizm was carried out - a monument to Joseph Stalin, leader of the Soviet people, the working class and toiling masses of the world, the head of the world's first State of workers and peasants - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Generalissimo of the Great Victory over fascism, was blown up.
It was blown up cowardly and secretly under cover of night by the modern successors of the bloody cause of Bandera – the fascist hireling, and bloody butcher of Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, Belarusian, Jewish and other peoples.
Modern followers of Bandera try to whitewash him and his henchmen’s bloody deeds, and to present Bandera as a fighter for an "independent Ukraine". But we all remember that the Bandera, Miller, Shukhevych and other leaders of OUN-UPA (Ukrainian Insurgency Army) were educated and trained in the Nazi special forces schools, were agents of the Abwehr, and Hitler's loyal lackeys. The Banderites broke into Lvov following the Nazis in June 30, 1941, and adopted the "Act of proclamation of the Ukrainian State” which was read by Deputy of Bandera, Stetsko. In this "Act", Bandera vowed that the "Renewed Ukrainian state will work closely with National Socialist Great Germany, which under the leadership of Adolf Hitler, is creating a new order in Europe and the world and helping the Ukrainian people break free from under Moscow's occupation. The Ukrainian National Revolutionary Army, which will be established on Ukrainian soil, will continue to struggle with the allied German army against Moscow's occupation, for the sovereign integrity of Ukrainian Power and a new order in the whole world."
Immediately Bandera showed what this "new order" was. With the blessing of metropolitan A. Sheptitsky, Bandera began the shooting, killing, torturing of civilians, throwing babies onto the pavements from the upper floors of houses. In several days they had killed more than three thousand people of Lvov, mostly of Polish origin, including 70 scholars of world renown.
Their whole way of "fighting for the freedom of Ukraine was pouring with blood: they dumped people in water wells, choked them, cut them with an axes, sawed them with saws, nailed children to trees, etc. ...
The kind of "independence" of Ukraine today’s nationalists have brought under the yellow and blue banner, the workers can very well see: industry and agriculture destroyed, the destruction of science, ravaged free health care and education, multi-million unemployment, widespread poverty, alcohol abuse, alcoholism, drug addiction, the extinction of the Ukrainian people (the number of Ukraine's population has decreased over this period from 52.25 million. to less than 46 million, and when including those people who went abroad in search of work and earnings for a piece of bread, at least another 7 million, and so Ukraine is now home to less than 40 million people.).
The current nationalists-neobanderovits have moved over to the service of a new master - modern Zionist-American fascism and working the dollars spent on them.
But no matter how enraged the current followers of Bandera are, the greatness of J.V. Stalin - the organizer of victory over fascism, they will not diminish him.
Every day the people, despite the unbridled anti-Stalinist, anti-Communist and anti-Soviet propaganda, have growing respect for the leader and a growing awareness of his role and greatness. There is no comparison to the full-blooded life of happiness of working people in Soviet Socialist Ukraine, which was among the most highly developed countries in the world - with life in today’s Ukraine, a capitalist and dying Ukraine.
Having come to power, the regime of Yanukovych-Azarov, the regime of big capital, is holding the modern Ukrainian Nationalists - followers of Bandera and the possessed Hitler, as the last reserve in the fight against widespread public anger.
We appeal to the working class, the working people of Ukraine – begin your struggle for salvation from extinction and poverty, for freedom from exploitation and oppression, under the victorious banner of Lenin and Stalin!

In this "Act", Bandera vowed that the "Renewed Ukrainian state will work closely with National Socialist Great Germany, which under the leadership of Adolf Hitler, is creating a new order in Europe and the world and helping the Ukrainian people break free from under Moscow's occupation. The Ukrainian National Revolutionary Army, which will be established on Ukrainian soil, will continue to struggle with the allied German army against Moscow's occupation, for the sovereign integrity of Ukrainian Power and a new order in the whole world."
Immediately Bandera showed what this "new order" was. With the blessing of metropolitan A. Sheptitsky, Bandera began the shooting, killing, torturing of civilians, throwing babies onto the pavements from the upper floors of houses. In several days they had killed more than three thousand people of Lvov, mostly of Polish origin, including 70 scholars of world renown.
Their whole way of "fighting for the freedom of Ukraine was pouring with blood: they dumped people in water wells, choked them, cut them with an axes, sawed them with saws, nailed children to trees, etc. ...
The kind of "independence" of Ukraine today’s nationalists have brought under the yellow and blue banner, the workers can very well see: industry and agriculture destroyed, the destruction of science, ravaged free health care and education, multi-million unemployment, widespread poverty, alcohol abuse, alcoholism, drug addiction, the extinction of the Ukrainian people (the number of Ukraine's population has decreased over this period from 52.25 million. to less than 46 million, and when including those people who went abroad in search of work and earnings for a piece of bread, at least another 7 million, and so Ukraine is now home to less than 40 million people.).
The current nationalists-neobanderovits have moved over to the service of a new master - modern Zionist-American fascism and working the dollars spent on them.
But no matter how enraged the current followers of Bandera are, the greatness of J.V. Stalin - the organizer of victory over fascism, they will not diminish him.
Every day the people, despite the unbridled anti-Stalinist, anti-Communist and anti-Soviet propaganda, have growing respect for the leader and a growing awareness of his role and greatness. There is no comparison to the full-blooded life of happiness of working people in Soviet Socialist Ukraine, which was among the most highly developed countries in the world - with life in today’s Ukraine, a capitalist and dying Ukraine.
Having come to power, the regime of Yanukovych-Azarov, the regime of big capital, is holding the modern Ukrainian Nationalists - followers of Bandera and the possessed Hitler, as the last reserve in the fight against widespread public anger.
We appeal to the working class, the working people of Ukraine – begin your struggle for salvation from extinction and poverty, for freedom from exploitation and oppression, under the victorious banner of Lenin and Stalin!

STATEMENT BY AUCPB ON FASCIZATION OF RUSSIA'S POLITICAL REGIME
STATEMENT BY THE SECRETARIAT OF THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE AUCPB
On December 6th 2010, late at night in the town of Pushkin near Leningrad, a 2.5 meter high monument of V.I. Lenin was blown up. During the Great Patriotic War, it he was taken by the Nazis to Germany for smelting. But the German workers hid the monument. After the war the bronze statue of Lenin was returned to the town of Pushkin. Now the modern Nazis have blown up the monument of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin.
Regardless of whoever is announced the perpetrators of this act of cave-like vandalism, the blowing up of the monument to Lenin is an act carried out in accordance with the proclaimed and headed by Dmitry Medvedev in early October, campaign of so-called "De-Stalinization" or the same thing - "desovietization" of public consciousness, which the President has defined as "an essential part of public policy" of Russia.
Because the main culprit deed, we believe president Dmitry Medvedev, who proclaimed in fact, the fight against communism - a policy which was held by the demon-possessed Fuhrer. Probably, Medvedev is not able to see that in society, there is a growing wave of sharp opposition to today's life and impending social explosion, which is being greatly aided by the "democratism," of Medvedev not only in the ideological sphere, but also in the social sphere, too. It is high time for Medvedev to become thoughtful, to there he is heading, driven by the American political lobby. Also as we know, it is impossible to ban ideology.
