in connection with the process of the entering of the Republic of Crimea into Russia as a member of the Federation

On events between 16 - 18 March 2014

On March 18 this year, a truly historic event took place - the return of Crimea and Sevastopol city to Russia.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, speaker of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov and the head of Sevastopol Alexey Chaly on this day signed an agreement on the inclusion of Crimea and Sevastopol into Russia as two new subjects of the Russian Federation.
The consequences of criminal acts of Khrushchev and Boris Yeltsin, have begun to be overcome, the first one who, forcibly, to serve his petty personal interests, handed over in 1954 Crimea from the RSFSR to Ukraine SSR, and the second, Yeltsin, single handily liquidated the Soviet state, and initiated the open revelry of counterrevolution.
The population of the Republic of Crimea in the national referendum on 16 March 2014 almost unanimously declared – they want to live as part of Russia. In favour voted 96.77 % of Crimeans who turned out to vote. Crimeans made a decisive choice between bourgeois Russia and fascist Bandera Ukraine, where as a result of an unconstitutional coup, a ultranationalist regime was installed – in essence, a fascist regime. Such unanimity of the peoples vote to join Russia we explain by the fact that with people in the Crimea remains a great sense of unity of the Soviet people and the great single country - the USSR which was broken up by Gorbachev and Yeltsin. We remember how generously the West sponsored Gorbachev's "perestroika" (the so-called "debt of the USSR") and supported Yeltsin in his criminal activities to the further collapse of a great power.
Objections by governments of the Western powers in relation to the referendum on Crimea are completely bogus and are based, of course, only on the desire to "push" their economic and geopolitical interests. After all, they know perfectly well that the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights of 16 December 1966 (in both Covenants - Article 1) provides: "All peoples have the right to self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development ... ". The Declaration on Principles of International Law ( 24 October 1970) it says: "In virtue of the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, all peoples have the right freely to determine, without external interference, their political status and to pursue their economic, social and cultural development in accordance with the provisions of the Charter." In the same declaration it states that the means of the right to self-determination may be "the creation of a sovereign and independent State, the free association with an independent State or association with it, or any other political status." The opinion of the International Court of Justice on Kosovo from 2010 clearly confirmed that the unilateral declaration of independence of part of the state did not violate international law.
How did the West react? To this day, the imperialists use UN agencies and other international law only as long as these structures satisfy their interests. Any other "human rights", the imperialist robbers will brazenly ignore if they find it profitable for themselves.
There are guardians of pro-Western interests in Moscow as well - in fact, a fifth column, the funded by the West with various "grants", etc. The indicative "peace march" held on March 15 in Moscow, whose members opposed the "violation of the sovereignty and state borders of Ukraine" accused the Russian government of "aggression", "annexation" (they have forgotten about Russia’s contributions to Ukraine). This buffoonery can only be called political "colorblindness" (an understatement) when the Banderite fascists are styled "fighters for the people" when the anti-peoples clique, declared itself the power in Kiev, and came to this "power" in a coup styled by " Ukrainian powers". Speakers at the rally said that Ukraine supporters of "Euromaydan" "overthrew a regime of thieves" and they need to this support new regime.
Yanukovych was a puppet of the big bourgeoisie and represented its interests. But the coup that took place in Ukraine, was not a liberation movement of the working people. Some oligarchs have been replaced by others. As a result of the nationalist coup in Kiev, Ukrainian workers can expect a rapid decline in living standards and increased exploitation. That is, the new, Bandera "government" is more reactionary than the Yanukovych grouping. Who can support criminals who came to power in Ukraine as a result of the collapse of the Soviet Union and since then have only been only changing seats?
Guardians of the interests of people from the Moscow Maidan have forgotten fierce struggle by Lenin and the Bolshevik Party for the right of nations to self-determination up to secession, a struggle which culminated in the international recognition of this right? So you, gentlemen are just disguised servants of your American and European masters!
Mass rallies across the country with 110,000 people on Red Square in Moscow clearly show that all the Soviet nations and Russian and Ukrainian peoples, and all others yearning for unity, yearn for the USSR destroyed by bourgeoisie and the CPSU (which took the path of betrayal and opportunism) for a fraternal socialist Union of peoples – a great, all-mighty power. Rebuilding the unity to revive our common great Motherland, to liberate workers from oppression can only be a result of the victory of a socialist revolution. And we will restore the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and we will restore the unity of the Soviet people!

UKRAINE SHALL BE SOVIET!
We, the fighters of the All-Union Young Guard of Bolsheviks acting on the territory of Russia, send you, dear comrades, workers and youth of Ukraine, heartfelt greetings and solidarity in the struggle.
Bravely resist the neo fascists, do not let them command over you. Protect monuments, cultural sites from destruction. Do not give up factories, mines, schools. Do not settle for helping the neo fascists and working for them.
In the struggle against the common enemy - fascism, now disguised as Bandera gangs, although under the slogan "European integration", we - Ukrainians, Russians, and all the other peoples of the USSR are united. This is our common enemy, our common struggle, in which you have taken the brunt of yourselves.
We, together with you, admire all those citizens resisting the advance of fascism, all those who did not bow their heads, not knelt before the new plague infecting the West and Centre of Ukraine. Together we mourn the dead and are angry at the crimes of the barbarians.
Today you are at the forefront. Allow the heat of our hearts to warm you in the difficult struggle.
Comrades, workers and young people of Ukraine! Actively lead the fight for a socialist Motherland!
Do not forget the exploits of the Red Army soldiers of the First, Second and Third Ukrainian fronts advancing to Berlin and the defeat of the Nazi scum!
Only by becoming a socialist, will Ukraine be able to regain its independence as a nation and gain true independence from foreign capital. Today not everyone is ready to realize this truth. But tomorrow it will become property of millions.

Crimea, its residents are faced with a choice - to determine the future of their beloved and beautiful land. Without exaggeration - this is a historic choice. In fact there are only two real options.
First - to bow to the Bandera fascist scum posing as a legitimate power in Kiev. These fascists once they came to power, immediately repealed the Russian language, destroying monuments to Lenin, destroying a monument to Kutuzov and blacked out all of its history that is relevant to Russia. These people hate Russia. The outlook for the Crimeans in this embodiment, can only be one – the transformation of them into subhumans, on their own native land, secretly, quietly speaking in Russian about their ancestral homeland - Russia.
The second option is to throw open the challenge to the pseudo authorities in Kiev? Through a national referendum to reach a decision - independence from Kiev, reunion with their native homeland - Mother Russia? This path corresponds to the universally recognized right of nations to self-determination. For example, such a procedure has been launched in the UK, where there is scheduled a referendum on the separation of Scotland from the United Kingdom.
In 1954, Nikita Khrushchev, violating all laws, handed the Crimean peninsula over to Ukraine. But Crimea was still Russian and did not belong to Ukraine. Khrushchev transferred Crimea over to Ukraine by unilateral decision, without any paperwork. Khrushchev had violated all international norms. More wild is the situation with Sevastopol. This city has always been Russian, and was a naval base of the USSR, was never part of the Crimean region, and subordinated to the Soviet government and the Ministry of Defence. When baking all of these "pretzels" Khrushchev did not even bother to ask or consult with the Crimeans – about whether or not they wanted these changes to their fate, and the fate of their land?
Nikita spawned another problem on the Crimean land with his "rehabilitation" of "repressed peoples" who Stalin forgave for their massive atrocities against the Soviet population during the Nazi occupation - especially against the heroic Crimean guerrillas. Instead, the court-martialled criminals got looked after at public expense. The Soviet state built houses for them and supplied them with livestock. Wow! Such "repression"! Now once again, the Crimean Tatars who have again settled in Crimea are going off along a beaten track, joining forces with the current fascist Bandera thugs in Kiev. As they say, "birds of a feather flock together!"
Russia, the Russian people can not but feel disturbed by what is happening in Ukraine, by what is happening with the fraternal Ukrainian people who have become victims of the criminal, Bandera - fascist coup. Ukraine is now facing a situation that is close to what the German people experienced in 1933 after Hitler came to power . Formidable "Silence! To your feet! Off to the camp!" in six months the country with a rich cultural heritage has been brought into submission, when you can only hear "Heil! Heil! Heil!" And do not think that in the past decade anything has changed. Still alive are the next of kin of those of whom Bandera skinned alive, drowned in wells, raped and killed.
What is to be done – say the Crimeans - after so many decades we have lived a peaceful, quiet life, and then almost a war comes knocking at the door?
Defend your homeland, protect your native hearth, your family, your dignity! Be firm and resolute. The truth is on your side. Go ahead and join with your Motherland - Russia.
We Bolsheviks are fighting for the restoration of the Soviet Union. When restoring the single multinational state of workers and peasants, the Black Sea Fleet forever cease to be a bargaining chip in the hands of politicians, adventurers, and revive what was the basis of power and invincibility of our Soviet Motherland – the fraternal union of all the Soviet peoples.

The national fascist Bandera clique, relying on information, financial and other support of the imperialist West, especially U.S. imperialism, NATO, and, taking advantage in their own anti-peoples interests of the Ukrainian people’s hatred of the predatory exploitative regime of Yanukovych, seized power in Kiev.
The extreme right-wing pro-Western nationalist regime of Turchinov - Yatsenuk counting on the fact that the Ukrainian people will meekly accept the new nationalist order, and following the Banderites of "Svoboda", "Trident" and other national- fascist organizations, will praise Bandera, the Shukhevych warriors of UPA and stare blankly as latter-day Nazis smash statues of Lenin and infringe on the Russian language, and speak from Russophobic nationalist positions.
But the residents of South- East Ukraine and Crimea have revolted against the violence, against attempts to tear the fraternal Ukrainian and Russian peoples from each other, and pit them against each other to bleed in a fratricidal slaughter.
Crimea, Kharkov, Lugansk, Donetsk, Odessa have resisted the Nazis and have did not given them a chance to seize power in their regions and establish Nazi order.
The again reinstated by the Crimean Parliament head of government of Crimea S. Aksenov asked for help from the leadership of Russia to protect Crimeans from encroachments from the fascist Bandera, and prevent the establishment of Banderite anti-Russian order in Crimea.
And the Russian leadership has responded to this appeal, giving the Russian President Vladimir Putin, as the Supreme Commander to use, if necessary, troops to protect the rights of Russian and the Russian-speaking population.
Immediately the entire Western world raised a howl, accusing the Russian leadership of aggression. Although on the grants of the U.S. and other NATO countries, using non-governmental organizations in Ukraine, the assault troops nationalist militants - a copy of Hitler's SS and SD were nurtured, trained, armed and financed and who staged the riots in the centre of Kiev, raided and seized government buildings in the capital and western regions of Ukraine, transferring these fascist action over to the Eastern and South-Eastern regions of Ukraine and Crimea.
How US-NATO install Western "democracy" is well known. In the heart of Europe, they bombed Yugoslavia, committed acts of aggression against Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, bringing to the peoples of these countries incredible suffering and incalculable destruction, leading to thousands of victims among the civilian population. For several years, the flames of civil war in Syria have been blazing, fired up and fanned from outside and which have claimed tens of thousands of lives.
We remind you that Crimea has always been an integral part of Russia, and the hero-city Sevastopol city of Russian glory, covered with undying glory in military exploits and battles, was the naval base of the Soviet Navy.
Renegade Nikita Khrushchev, leader of the Soviet people slandered J.V. STALIN, under whose leadership the USSR gained victory over Nazism, thereby violated all international laws and norms, with sole discretionary decision, gave the Crimea to Ukraine, which eventually resulted in the current crisis and struggle against Ukrainian bourgeois nationalism, in its attempts to forcibly Ukrainise the Russian -speaking Crimea, South- East and East of Ukraine.
The same applies to the problems of "repressed peoples", who were also rehabilitated by Khrushchev. But what kind of "repressed peoples" are we really talking about if Stalin pardoned the Crimean Tatars, who fought for the most part in the rear of the Soviet Army during World War II on the side of the Nazis, and then moved them from the Crimea to save them from the wrath of Soviet soldiers returning from war. They were relocated to a new location, erecting homes for them, introducing livestock and providing everything needed for a normal, peaceful life.
We Bolsheviks, see the main cause of all the ills befallen nations in a once united socialist state, in the forcible destruction of our Socialist Motherland by the bourgeois counter-revolution.
The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks sees the way out of the severe economic and political crisis, which our peoples currently enduring, in the revival of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, and, hence, in the revival of a unified Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic.
In the current conditions, when the working class in Ukraine is not ready to take the brunt of the fight against armed gangs of neo-Nazis when bourgeois patriots have taken to repel fascism, we Bolsheviks support the holding of a referendum on the extension of the status and powers of the Crimea, designated on March 30.
We declare that all responsibility for a possible split of Ukraine is laid firmly at the door of the new National Fascist Bandera power and standing behind it the imperialist West in supporting it, whose goal has always been - to pit the two fraternal peoples in internecine slaughter, and, following Ukraine, conquer and place Russia on her knees.
Only a single multinational state of workers and peasants of Crimea and the Black Sea Fleet can forever cease to be a bargaining chip in the hands of the Zionist- American imperialists and formed in their service and nurtured by them the national- fascist regime in Ukraine –the instigators of a new, World War III.
Only by stopping the spread of fascism, rallying the workers and peasants in the struggle against the bourgeoisie of all stripes, will we be able to revive Soviet power and socialism, and the great Soviet Union.

In recent days, the world has been shaken by what has happened and continues to happen in Ukraine. For first time since 1945 at the end of the Second World War, in Europe's largest country, a former Soviet republic, the Nazis have come to power.
The events preceding the coup, developed rapidly.
On February 18, at the call of the leader of the National Fascist Banderite "Svoboda" (Freedom) Party Oleg Tyagniboka, a "peaceful" march to Parliament was held to put pressure on the deputies with the aim of returning to the Constitution of 2004. In the course of the event, petrol bombs (Molotov cocktails) were again hurled by right-wing groups, including incendiary mixtures and the use of firearms. In response, the law enforcement agencies used stun grenades and water cannons. Only on February 20, they were allowed to use firearms. On the roofs of buildings, as in the period of Yeltsin's bloody coup on October 3-4, 1993, in Moscow, supported by the West, there were snipers who were shooting to kill at representatives of both conflicting sides.
As a result of the bloody mayhem unleashed by the two clans of the bourgeoisie - on the one hand, the clan of Viktor Yanukovych, who expressed the interests of big oligarchic capital - on the other, also an oligarchic clan of the opposition at that time, the National-Bandera clan ("Fatherland" Party) of Yatsenyuk, "Udar” led by V. Klitschko, "Svoboda" O. Tyagniboka ), reflecting the interests of the small and medium nationalist bourgeoisie, as well as parts of large capital -based in the EU and fully controlled by Zionist- American capital, US- NATO imperialism, leading the struggle for world domination - during the confrontation on Maidan in Kiev about a hundred people were killed and about a thousand wounded on both conflicting sides.
On February 20, foreign ministers of Germany, France and Poland arrived in Kyiv. Under their pressure, Yanukovych signed an agreement with representatives of the pro-Western opposition for a return to the constitution in 2004 limiting the power of the president and holding early presidential elections in Ukraine. Yanukovych actually signed an act of surrender brokered by Western "democratic" emissaries before the representatives of the comprador bourgeoisie, preaching even more reactionary, fascist ideas.
On February 22, the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and K ° shamefully fled, abandoning the presidency. Immediately the opposition group of the bourgeoisie seized power in the country, forming the new leadership of the Supreme Council, and A. Turchynov, one of the leaders of the "Fatherland" party was elected as chairman and approved as acting President of Ukraine. All key positions in the state are appointed representatives of the former opposition. In particular, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine was approved by the representative of the "Svoboda" party O. Mahnitsky. Now the Banderites will administer "justice" in Ukraine, naturally of course, in their own National Fascist Banderite way. Presidential elections in Ukraine are scheduled for May 25. The formation of a coalition majority in the Verkhovna Rada is underway, which forms the new government.
The working people of Ukraine, at the cost of their own blood have roped around their necks instead of one group of oppressors, yet another, more reactionary group of oppressors.
The fascist coup in Ukraine, which began in late November 2013, fully supported and paid for by the West, is now complete. The country has established a national- fascist Banderite dictatorship.
The Bandera fascists throughout Ukraine are furiously demolishing monuments to the leader of the world proletariat, Vladimir Lenin, trying to destroy all memory of Lenin, the Soviet period of life, the friendship between the peoples and proletarian internationalism, and especially deceived are the woozy with Banderite fascist ideas Western Ukrainian youth, realizing only all too well that only under the red flag, armed with ideas of Marxism -Leninism, can the working class, the working people of Ukraine repel fascism.
Pockets of resistance to the Banderite fascism offence have been organized in some eastern and south- eastern regions of Ukraine, Crimea, although organized by workers while largely led by pro-Russian groups of the bourgeoisie.
We Bolsheviks declare that victory over fascism which is nurtured and generated by large transnational Zionist capital, can only be achieved by abolishing private property, nationalizing property that the tycoons and other thieves stole, and eliminating the power of the bourgeoisie. Is the blinding in luxury house of thief Yanukovych any inferior in luxury to the villas of Ukrainian oligarchs (Kolomoysky, for example) and others?
Ukraine's current rulers have claimed that the country’s treasury is empty, and the country is in the pre- default state to the fault of the former Azarov government. This same trick is being repeated as in the beginning of 2010, when the Yanukovych - Azarov bourgeoisie group came to power declaring a catastrophic state of Ukraine's economy due to the fault of the previous regime of Yushchenko - Tymoshenko.
And already there are current appeals by the Banderites who seized power to international financial institutions, the EU and the International Monetary Fund with requests for financial support in the amount of $35 billion dollars. The IMF has given prior consent to a loan "for the legitimate new government." Of course, with the usual IMF conditions - increase in tariffs for housing and communal services, freezing salaries and cuts in all social benefits.
The working people of Ukraine not only with their own blood, but also in the further decline of their living standards and impoverishment will pay for the establishment of the power of the nationalists and Bandera fascists. A sobering up of the working people of Ukraine will happen very quickly. When the people of the Ukraine, especially in Western Ukraine realize that they made sacrifices in vain, that they had been deceived once again by nationalists- fascists who seized power who have already begun to fight among themselves for key positions in the state - the anger of the people will be terrible.
The current maidan under alien to the people Petlyura yellow and blue, and red and black Bandera flags will turn into a maidan under the proletarian red banner and rise to fight for the final and irrevocable destruction of the power of capital.

The political programs of the current right-wing Banderite pogrom groups, heirs of the Hitler SS storm troopers, the ideological leaders of the fascist coup - "Svoboda" Oleg Tyagnibok, "Trident " in the name of S . Bandera, Dmytro Yarosh, and the like - are full of hatred for the great Russian people, saturated with zoological Russophobia and anticommunism. An attack is underway against the great Russian language, being the lingua franca of all Slavic peoples and all peoples of the former USSR.
The Banderites have pushed through an idea to ban the Russian language in Ukraine, with the persecution of all who dare to use it in communication and in documents not written in Ukrainian. Such violence can not but arouse opposition on the part of those for whom the Russian language is in many generations of native speakers. The fascist vandals destroyed not only monuments to Lenin, but demolish other monuments (Mikhail Kutuzov, the great Russian commander, hero of the War of 1812 ...).
The Banderites blatantly deceive Western Ukrainian youth, educating them for over 20 years, suggesting that the fascist hirelings and executioners - Bandera and Shukhevych, OUN-UPA warriors, are heroes, and Lenin and Stalin - bloodthirsty tyrants.
And among young people it is still is not known, due to the current anti -Soviet orientation of education, history education distorting the truth, that it was under Stalin that all Ukrainian lands were gathered into a single Ukrainian state, that the victory over fascism was won under the red banner of the entire Soviet people, inspired by the ideas of Marxism -Leninism, the entire Soviet people, who defended their homeland, including defending the freedom and independence of Ukraine, and who saved the world from fascism.
We are called on to enter Europe. But Ukraine is in the centre of Europe. Moreover, in the Soviet period, the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic in the USSR was among the ten most developed countries of the world, and the people of Ukraine constantly had jobs and wages, confidence in the future, and Ukraine's population grew steadily, reaching 52.2 million to peak in 1992.
But after 10 years of so-called "independence" in the early 2000s, the UN classed Ukraine as the five most endangered nations on the planet. Currently, the population of Ukraine, according to official figures, amounts to only slightly more than 45 million people, and that is in taking into account those seven million who left to work abroad in the current "independence" and "sovereign" Ukraine live no more than 38 million people. (!)
Signing an association agreement with the EU, Ukraine will lose the rest of its high-tech production, finally parting with its economic and political independence. Hundreds of thousands of working people of Ukraine will be thrown into the street, adding to the vast army of the unemployed.

The events in Ukraine have not only domestic but also international dimension.
Ukraine now has become the main point, the main knot of contradictions throughout the world capitalist system, turning into the main arena of the international struggle between Labour and Capital.
The world capitalist system is going through a deep crisis from which it has no exit. To prolong its existence, the US-NATO imperialists unleash wars around the world, destroying countries and enslaving people, capturing their natural raw materials.
The greedy eyes of Zionist- American capital is glancing at Russia, seeking to conquer it and put it at the service of the richest reserves of oil and gas, and other natural resources of Russia and to turn its people into slaves of transnational corporations and banks.
There is a growing threat of a Third World War, in which the Zionists seek to draw in Ukraine, pitting the two fraternal peoples against each other and pitting them in fratricidal slaughter. That is the aim of the Banderites of "Svoboda", "Trident" and other nationalist and nationalist- fascist organizations for poisoning fraternal peoples, completely going along with and on the payroll of US- Zionist capital.
The working people of the Ukraine, Russia and other fraternal peoples of the former USSR, and the workers of the world should have no illusions about the Putin regime.
During the years of the Yeltsin- Putin's reign, the Russian Armed Forces were largely destroyed and are now only a pale shadow of the invincible Soviet Army.
The powerful strategic nuclear potential created by the selfless labour of the Soviet people, is now virtually destroyed.
The Russian army has almost no capability of opposing 11 aircraft carrier strike groups of the U.S. Navy, 14 nuclear submarines with intercontinental ballistic missiles -surfing oceans when one nuclear volley from each boat can hit more than 200 targets in Russia. NATO aircraft are currently based at Baltic aerodromes, equipped with tactical nuclear weapons to the distance from Moscow and Leningrad, 600 and 150 km, respectively, which does not exceed 20-30 minutes of flight to the target.
By bringing national- fascist groups to power in Ukraine, the U.S. Army and NATO will complete the encirclement of Russia, choosing only the opportune moment and looking for an excuse to strike at Russia and the outbreak of war, which, in fact, will immediately turn into a third world thermonuclear war.
We appeal to the working class, the working people of Ukraine with a call to unite their forces and to fight the rise of fascist dictatorship.

Statement by the Central Committee of the AUCPB

The majority of citizens in the United States, besides the U.S. government do not want military intervention in Syria. A military intervention in Syria, according to surveys, is only supported by 12% of Americans. Also against U.S. military aggression and the participation of their own countries in the war, are up to 68 % of French people, 77 % of Germans and most people around the world. In five cities across the U.S. there have been protests, including a picket of two hundred people at the walls of the White House in Washington. An unprecedented phenomenon was the protest of military personnel against a new imperialist war. So, the soldiers and officers of the 193rd Rocket Artillery Brigade in the Greek city of Elefteropuli issued an open letter in which they demanded non-participation of Greece in the Syrian venture. Dozens of U.S. military service personnel put up on social networks their own photos with improvised placards against a war in Syria. "I didn’t join the Navy to fight for "Al-Qaeda", "I do not want to be involved in the civil war in Syria", "Leave Syria alone!", they wrote. "Sailors , see what your comrades think of Obama's alliance with "Al- Qaeda" against Syria" - a call not to fight in Syria posted on the official website of the U.S. Navy.

For the imperialist forces, an incursion into Syria is the last salvation from total economic and political collapse. The capitalist economy is falling apart, the bourgeois governments in panic are unfurling a few social programs, corporations, are stopping factories under the pretext of their "loss", and throwing out thousands of people. The indignation of the working people is rolling on, and all over the world are organized mass protests and strikes. The capitalists respond to them with bullets and tear gas.

The imperialist government of Barack Obama is trying to extinguish the anger of American workers, pouring over it the blood of the Syrian people, while sending an unconscious hatred of capitalism over to the image of a "foreign enemy." ( Hypocrisy because Syria never threatened and does not threaten U.S. security.) By their preparations for war, the imperialist governments, and U.S. satellites, only create new pockets of protest, generate resentment and hatred that will lead eventually to the total collapse of imperialism.

It is clear that the U.S. government is preparing not just another intervention in a weaker state to seize its natural resources and markets – it is also preparing for a new world war .

Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the "Big -20 in St. Petersburg (5-6 September), expressed support by Russia for Syria in the U.S.-Syria conflict. On the one hand, to a certain extent this is delayed aid to the Syrian people and opposition to U.S. aggression, and on the other - to protect the interests of the Russian big bourgeoisie, which has its business in Syria. ( Russia has big contracts for the supply of arms to that country). It would be good to believe that the Russian leadership did not make a deal with the United States, agreeing to replace Bashar al-Assad for a U.S. stooge, which is so pressing for Barack Obama. Although the bourgeoisie has internationalized and, as a rule, always stands united in any international conflict.

In Syria, there are stocks of chemical weapons, and a nuclear research centre. American bombings could lead to radiation and chemical contamination of vast areas of the planet, and disruption for many years to the ecological balance. The consequences would be disastrous for the world. The fact that the chemical and atomic centres of Syria will become targets U.S. Air Force, there can be no doubt - several years earlier, the U.S. government declared its readiness to bomb a nuclear research centre and a nuclear power plant in Iran.

The main task for today 's progressive forces of the world and Russia is to prevent intervention in Syria, to prevent a global catastrophe. On the preparation by the imperialists of a new world war, the workers of all countries and continents are to respond with a strong growth unity and solidarity, and if war starts - to direct the anger of the peoples against the governments who started it.

Dear Comrade Kim Jong Un!

I appeal to you, the leader of the Workers' Party of Korea and the DPRK Socialist state.

In the numerous Statements made by the DPRK Foreign Ministry, NDC, the Supreme Command of the KPA and the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea that we had received in March of this year from the Embassy of the DPRK in the Russian Federation, they have stated the heightening of tension on the Korean Peninsula in connection with the large-scale U.S. military exercises near the border with the DPRK with the demonstration of the modern means of nuclear war and regular provocations against the DPRK in order to initiate a response from the DPRK.

In the Statements of the Central Committee of the AUCPB, we have repeatedly reaffirmed our continued support to the leadership of the DPRK’s Songun policy, their conducting of their own research in nuclear and the necessity in any research study to test in practice these studies. For this reason, we have supported the DPRK underground nuclear tests. We have welcomed the launch of space satellites in the direction of space exploration. We have supported the establishment of the DPRK's nuclear shield, as the only way to protect the current conditions of peaceful labour of the DPRK citizens from any aggressor.

We understand the complexity of the conflict between the DPRK the United States at the present time and the open U.S. desire to destroy the DPRK and its socio-political system, elected by the people of the DPRK. We strongly condemn and denounce the provocative U.S. policy towards the DPRK and the brutal embargo, which has been carried on by the U.S. for more than sixty years. Today, the U.S. has become the world's policeman, trying to get all countries to think and act as pleases the U.S., and yet destroying any political leader and country daring to assert their own right to self-determination of their policies. We condemn the ongoing policy of the UN Security Council on adopting on the request of the U.S. countless so-called resolutions increasingly complicating the situation with the DPRK.

But we do not support the recent militant tendency in the DPRK in reference to a pre-emptive strike on the U.S., as the governing structures of the DPRK have repeatedly in March informed the world. Such Statements by the DPRK is exactly what the United States has long sought - to hang a label on the DPRK as the aggressor and blame the DPRK for the current volatile situation on the Korean peninsula. In other words – to blame the DPRK for the worsening situation, thus removing responsibility from itself – the U.S., and this is totally unacceptable because it does not correspond to reality. Moreover, it is the United States’ cherished dream to blame a socialist state for aggression and a way to discredit the very idea of socialism on a world scale. To succumb to the provocations of the U.S. means to help them in their fight against the world communist movement, to help the U.S. to extend the existence of the criminal capitalist (under imperialism) system, now in a deep crisis.

A pre-emptive strike launched by any of the opposing parties will mark the beginning of a local war, inevitably developing into a world war involving nuclear weapons that cannot be underestimated.

We turn to you, Dear Comrade Kim Jong Un, in calling for perseverance, and restraint and not allow unacceptable prevalence of emotions over cold reason. This perseverance, restraint and not allowing unacceptable prevalence of emotions over cold reason was always the case and dominant in the politics of the Great Kim Jong Il.

The whole world holds its breath, waiting from YOU a correct political decision to resolve a daunting situation on the Korean peninsula, caused by fault of the U.S. and the UN Security Council.

At the moment, because of the constant provocations by the U.S. against the DPRK, the United States, the use of sophisticated attempts to in any way force the DPRK to respond to the actions of the U.S. and South Korea, the Korean Peninsula has come close to a dangerous line of open hostilities between the opposing sides - the U.S. and the DPRK. The presence of nuclear weapons in both countries makes it possible to they can be used it in this confrontation. This means that the world once again by the imperialists is on the verge of a new start of a World War III, only this time, a thermo nuclear war. Obviously, war is the only way to maintain their rule in a state of profound systemic crisis and agony of the imperialist world. To any clear thinking individual, it is obvious that a World War with nuclear weapons will inevitably destroy all life on Earth, and will be the end of civilization.

We call on all people of the Earth, regardless of their political beliefs and orientations, religions and nationalities, race and age, to think seriously about the inevitable consequences of a nuclear war fomented by the U.S., where there will be no winners. This war will affect everyone, regardless of where they live, and their distance from the Korean peninsula.

We call upon all citizens of the Earth to do everything possible to prevent a thermonuclear world slaughter for the criminal interests of the furious and frantic financial tycoons of the world.

We appeal to the UN Security Council - to stop playing the role of an obedient servant of the U.S. and remember their responsibilities as an organization designed to act in the interests of all mankind.

Stopping the crazed American aggressors and preventing another world war being started is the duty of all peace-loving peoples of the world and the only chance for survival, which history gives us now.

STATEMENT by the CC AUCPB on the situation on the Korean Peninsula

We have repeatedly stated before that the AUCPB supported and will support the leadership Songun policy of the DPRK. We fully support the DPRK nuclear test and launch of an artificial satellite by their domestic carrier rocket, suggesting the establishment of a reliable DPRK nuclear shield, which is in the current circumstances, is the only real way to protect the country from foreign aggression.
However, we do not support the statement (see below this statement) made by the Foreign Affairs spokesman and other agencies about the possibility of the DPRK launching a pre-emptive nuclear strike against its enemies, as it puts the socialist country on par with the imperialist aggressor – the United States, the instigator of a Third World thermo-nuclear war. The apparent military gains from this will inevitably turn to political defeat on either of the sides who dared to actually deliver a pre-emptive nuclear strike. On the Korean peninsula today in opposing each other, i.e. the DPRK – U.S., what is at stake is not only the life of DPRK citizens, but also those of neighbouring countries, and in the end – the whole of humanity.

U.S. Nuclear Blackmail Will Be Foiled with Stronger Military Counteraction: Spokesman


Pyongyang, March 21 (KCNA) -- It is the unshakable will and resolute determination of the service personnel and people of the DPRK to frustrate hostile acts of the U.S. and its satellite forces against the DPRK and defend the sovereignty of the country.

However, the U.S. is still making a foolish attempt to test the DPRK's will and dampen its resolute decision through high-handed hostile acts including nuclear blackmail, failing to properly understand about its rival.


Not content with pushing the Key Resolve and Foal Eagle war drills to the danger line, the U.S. set about making an undisguised nuclear blackmail against the DPRK after introducing mass destructive strike means equipped with nuclear warheads.


In this regard the spokesman for the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army (KPA) gave the following answer to the question put by KCNA Thursday:


As the KPA Supreme Command already clarified, the Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises are evidently dangerous nuclear war drills now under way as part of the most outrageous hostile acts to encroach upon the sovereignty and supreme interests of the DPRK.


This is a vivid expression of the crudest violation of the Korean Armistice Agreement (AA) and all the north-south agreements.


This was precisely the reason why the DPRK took an important decision to totally nullify the AA and declare the north-south declaration on nonaggression and the joint declaration on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula invalid.


The decision reflected the strong will and steadfast determination of the DPRK army and the people to foil the U.S. nuclear war racket with their own nuclear weapons, free from any binding, and wipe out all hostile forces toeing the U.S. policy now that it has become impossible to pin any hope on the validity of the above-said agreements and declarations.


The U.S. is now introducing B-52, nuclear-powered submarines and other nuclear strike means into south Korea and its vicinity in a bid to test the DPRK's will and break its resolute determination.


The flying corps of strategic bombers equipped with nuclear weapons and nuclear-powered submarines serve as "the three major nuclear mainstays" and "the three major nuclear strike means" along with intercontinental ballistic missiles that the U.S. brandishes as means of blackmail as it pleases.


What should not be overlooked is that the U.S. picked up B-52 and nuclear-powered submarines out of these nuclear strike means to send them to the sky above south Korea and its waters for a nuclear strike drill under the simulated conditions of an actual war against the DPRK. The U.S. is openly calling it a strong warning message to the DPRK and is claiming in public that it would continue such threat and blackmail against the DPRK in the future.


But the army and people of the DPRK will never be frightened at such a warning message, threat and blackmail.


The U.S. should not forget that the Anderson Air Force Base on Guam where B-52 takes off and naval bases in Japan proper and Okinawa where nuclear-powered submarines are launched are within the striking range of the DPRK's precision strike means.


Now that the U.S. started open nuclear blackmail and threat, the DPRK, too, will move to take corresponding military actions.


The DPRK's declaration that it will react to the nukes of the enemy with nuclear attack more powerful than them is by no means an empty talk.


The world will clearly see the provocateurs, who hurt the sovereignty of the DPRK, meet a miserable end in the flames of justice kindled by the army and people of the DPRK to defend its sovereignty.

We, the AUCPB welcome the further development of scientific research in nuclear physics in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), which is not realistic without being able to verify results in practice. The inevitable squealing and screaming from the United States and its satellites which have a great number of nuclear and other more terrible means of destruction of humanity, will become only confirmation of the importance and the need for further development of this field of science in the DPRK - a sovereign and independent state.
Carrying out the test of a nuclear device on February 12 is both a demonstration of dignified and reliable self-defence of the peaceful work of the citizens of the DPRK in the face of the state and its armed forces, against any attack from outside.
We wish the best of luck in the future development by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in its nuclear research, which is a powerful deterrent to the U.S. unleashing World War III in this region of the world.

IN MEMORY OF GREAT KIM JONG IL

On December 17, 2011, the leader of the DPRK, outstanding statesman and politician of the late twentieth and early twenty-first century passed away suddenly, after having for more than 20 years led the life of the country, and managed in a short time to do so much that the country under him not only defended its sovereignty in a severe economic, political and media blockade imposed by the United States and its satellites, but also did not allow the U.S. to ignite the fire of a new world war, starting in Northeast Asia.
Under the leadership of Great Kim Jong Il, according to his plan of restructuring the economy in the interests of the people, and not having sufficient arable land (due to the mountainous topography of the surface of North Korea), the DPRK was able to:
- create highly mechanized agriculture to re-cultivated crop lands
- master a vast territory of salt marshes previously unsuitable for agriculture
- introduce new varieties of agriculture crops,
- set up fruit farms on the slopes of hills and mountains,
- develop grazing and build goat farms,
- Organized commercial fisheries of highly valuable species of fish, and more.
Thanks to the leadership of Great Kim Jong Il, the country had largely solved the food problem, having becoming fully independent from the supply of food from abroad.
Huge transformations have been carried out in industry, both in heavy industry (in particular - the production of steel by a new technology, developed by Korean scientists), and in light, chemical and other industries.
Under Kim Jong-Il, a powerful energy base was created by way of the construction of a mass of hydro-power plants on small rivers as well as on artificial reservoirs.
Kim Jong-Il lived for the people, tirelessly working for their benefit, for continuous improvement to housing in both urban and rural cooperatives. The issue of housing today in the DPRK has been completely solved by the state – every family lives in a comfortable separate apartment (or house), and newlyweds receive the keys to a new apartment if they wish to live separately from the older generation. The issue of universal compulsory secondary education has been completely solved, and all students receive a state grant and free food within the walls of a university, and children attend pre-school or comfortable kindergartens free of charge as all costs undertaken by the state. At a high level, with the latest achievements in world medicine, using medical equipment and the latest generation of national traditional Korean medicine, great advances have been made in the field of health. Great attention is paid to the environment (Korean towns and cities are the cleanest in the world according to the degree of air pollution, especially with regard to Pyongyang).
The armed forces, the flesh of the people created by the Great Leader and fostered by Great Kim Jong-Il, not only vigilantly guard over the peaceful labour of the DPRK citizens, but also actively participate in the creation of the future of society.
But in our view, one of the main issues successfully solved thanks to the leadership of Great Kim Jong-Il, has been the development in aerospace research and the launching of satellites into space. Thanks to the wise leadership of Great Kim Jong Il, the DPRK has become a world nuclear power. Thus now, the possibility of pre-emptive nuclear strike on the DPRK by the U.S. has been removed, which the Americans constantly threatened the DPRK with during the 60 years since the ending of the Great Fatherland Liberation War of 1950-1953, which ended in defeat for the United States. The successful launch of the Earth satellite on 12 December 2012 produced a shock in the Western world and scared the instigators of a new world war who suddenly became aware of the new opportunities of the DPRK – to have the ability to crushingly deflect or, more precisely, to prevent any new provocations or threats against the DPRK on their part. Evil, sooner or later, is always punished, Master Imperialists!
The launch of the Earth space satellite was carried out using a ballistic long-range missile on the 100th anniversary of the Great Leader Comrade KIM IL SUNG. Great KIM JONG IL wanted this and worked towards it.
It is very difficult to list everything great that was created or done under Kim Jong-Il thanks to his Leadership and his high sense of patriotism. His sudden departure from life is a great loss not only to the DPRK. Great love to him by the people was expressed in the fact that he is now eternally the General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) – the leading and guiding force of socialist construction. Thus Great Kim Jong Il forever remains in the ranks of the WPK.
Today, the country continues its steady path forward, implementing the plans of Great Kim Jong-Il under his successor Kim Jong-Un, who has for already one year successfully been leading the state, always following the line of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and Great Kim Jong Il. To be a successor to their cause is a great honour and an enormous responsibility.
The state recently passed a law on land management - a new step in the development of agriculture for a better quality food supply for the population and landscaping foothill arrays (environmental issues). Transformations have been initiated towards improving and expanding the general 12-year education for young people and enhancing their patriotic education to become worthy, competent successors to the Korean revolution.
Paying tribute deepest respect to the memory of Great Kim Jong-Il, his great work for the good of his people and the struggle to prevent the outbreak of a new world war by the empire of evil - the United States, we believe that all the initiatives and plans of Great Kim Jong Il will certainly be successfully implemented and the DPRK will become even more beautiful and more powerful. We sincerely wish success to Comrade KIM JONG UN.

11.07.2012 06:34 On the night of July 7, residents of several localities of Krasnodar region were struck blind by a brutal natural disaster. Powerful flooding in the third hour of the night suddenly flooded around 5000 homes in 3 cities – Gelendzhik, Krymsk and Novorossiysk. The system of energy, gas and water supply, road and rail transport, wiped out. According to the latest official figures (at the time-Fb), 171 people had died, 137 people hospitalised, some of whom were children. More than 48,000 people have had their lives destroyed by the flooding. One reason for the catastrophic destruction and death of large numbers of people, we believe lies in the lack of alarm systems in the human settlements. Earlier, in Soviet times, hanging on every street were a number of loudspeakers that were switched on in the middle of radio broadcasts in the event of emergency situations and notified people about the dangers. This system was eliminated under the present day capitalism, and the sleeping people were unaware of what was going on. Capitalism has once again demonstrated its callous, inhuman character. We turn to you, our fellow citizens from the areas affected by the disaster. Many of you have lost your loved ones, lost your home, a nice home and hearth, lost an established way of life. The natural elements did not spare anyone, inflicting on many of you a deep mental wound that may never heal but only constantly bleed. It is impossible to forget the loss incurred, but with time, the pain is dulled. Life goes on. Each of you must find the courage to survive this attack of natural forces and the tragedy that has occurred and try to live on, remembering those who did not return. Statement by the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the
All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks

In connection with the situation on the Korean Peninsula

As you know, on February 23-24 in Beijing a third round of summit talks between the DPRK and the U.S. were held.

The United States reaffirmed their commitment to no longer be at odds with the DPRK and improve bilateral relations in a spirit of respect for sovereignty and equality and to take several measures to build confidence as one of the links in efforts to improve DPRK-US relations.

The U.S. promised to make efforts (only!) To provide 240 tons of food to the DPRK. (Russian proverb - the promised three-year wait.)

At the talks, the U.S. made it clear that their sanctions against the DPRK are not directed at the civilian sector, including the standard of living of the population (this means, the U.S. sanctions are aimed directly against the DPRK leadership, as was the case in Egypt, Iraq, Libya, now in Syria and Iran ...) In other words they are aimed at overthrowing the socialist system in the DPRK.

The DPRK at the talks, at the request of the United States, in the aims of maintaining a positive atmosphere for the Korean-US negotiations, decided on a moratorium on nuclear test launches of long-range missiles and uranium enrichment activities at Yongbyon and allow IAEA inspectors to monitor the freeze on its uranium enrichment program (? ? Did they believe their worst insidious enemy?).

After curtsies and smiles at the talks, the United States, probably through its "agreement" with the DPRK, obtained by deceit due to the honesty and trust of the Koreans, practically the next day began the "next scheduled" military exercises with South Korean troops. During the period of negotiations and before that, a huge number of American troops and their offensive weapons had already been relocated to South Korea. A large contingent of all South Korean troops put on alert that can be seen as preparation for the beginning of large-scale military aggression against the DPRK.

"The so-called joint military exercises" Key Resolve" and "Eagle" involve American troops stationed in South Korea, and a large contingent of reinforcements from the United States and the Pacific, as well as a huge number of attack means. Now, the whole South Korean land has gone into military readiness. There is now a forced hot atmosphere of a war of aggression against the North. "This is stated in the Statement of the Representative of the DPRK and the NDC Foreign Ministry of the DPRK statement late February of this year. Thus, not shrinking from anything, the Americans have ignored all the agreements reached in Beijing.

In conjunction with the military exercises, the South Korean side launched foul information-ideological propaganda campaign, which includes an insult and a mockery of the Supreme Leadership of the DPRK. The people of the DPRK are angered at the South Korean vicious, offensive information-ideological campaign.

The Statement of the DPRK Supreme Command on February 25, states that "... we will wage a merciless holy war of our type in order to wipe out a clique of traitors. The holy war of our type, based on physical strikes, will continue as long as the clique of traitors has not completely removed all traces of the insults to our highest dignity ... "

Our dear Korean friends! Is it worth responding so strongly to the weakness and wickedness on the part of the pro-American huskies, as Lee Myung-bak and his entourage? Swearing has always been and is a sign of WEAKNESS, and not STRENGTH. YOUR STRENGTH, our dear Korean friends, lies in YOUR possession of nuclear weapons. You are publicly recognized by the U.S. as a global nuclear power. As long as you own nuclear weapons, carry out nuclear research and develop nuclear technology - you keep your independence, autonomy and your own chosen by the people, path of historical development. Great KIM JONG IL was able to stand even "tougher" historical situations. Remember, at least three years of consecutive drought and consecutive three-year torrential rains that destroyed much of the already small arable land in the DPRK. Great Kim Jong Il carried out restructuring of arable land, mechanized agriculture, and got out of the emergency.

Now, there is little doubt that the terrible disasters in the DPRK that period were caused by American "scientists" - who studied the influence of laser effects on the uppermost layers of the atmosphere. The U.S. leadership is made up of a bunch of lunatics who are ready to destroy the entire world for the sake of an imaginary, already slipping away from them primacy in the economy and politics, yet retain their status due to an insane number of military bases around the world and who have taken aim at everything in living humanity. Regarding the dirty insinuations and insults against the Supreme Leadership of the DPRK, we consider this as a desire by the Americans to provoke the DPRK into starting first any military action, as was the firing on the island of Yeonpyeong. Americans desperately need to provoke the DPRK to begin FIRST attack South Koreans. The mousetrap is set up and the U.S. is impatiently waiting for results.

We wish You as always, to firmly and confidently, united around the Party and its leadership, to boldly go forward along the path outlined by the great leader Kim Jong Il, forward under the banner of Juche! You are sure to win. Because you are heroic people. No concessions to the treacherous aggressor - the U.S. and their running dogs. Only forward, sweeping away from the path the stupid dog barks to the accompaniment of U.S. writers. And, like the famous proverb - dogs bark, but the caravan MOVES ON!

We wish the selfless hard-working people of the DPRK new successes in building a prosperous socialist state under the leadership of the WPK and the supreme leader Kim Jong UN. So it will be, because it is a historical necessity.

Comment about the information in the press about the Summit held in Beijing, the third round of DPRK-US talks (23-24 February 2012) and representative of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK Statement dated February 25, on the aggravation of the situation on the Korean peninsula.

We note with satisfaction that the policy of the current Supreme leadership in the DPRK after the death of Great Kim Jong Il remains the same: to defend the independence, sovereignty and independence, provided by the existing high level of training and equipment of the KPA. The firm determination to defend Korean style socialism characterises the NDC Statement, and that there can be no talk about any concessions! And at the same time - carrying out the policy of preserving peace on the Korean Peninsula through coercion of the U.S. leadership to conduct equal negotiations: the complete equality of the parties, the effective recognition of the sovereignty of the DPRK, addressing the root issues of relations between the DPRK and the U.S..

We fully support the policies of the successor to Kim Jong Il, the Great People's leader Kim Jong UN and wish success in moving the country towards building a prosperous socialist state.

TO VETERANS OF THE SOVIET ARMY AND NAVY OF THE 94TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE RED ARMY.

On February 23, 1918 The first units of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army (RKKA), established by the decree of Lenin, won a victory at Pskov and Narva over the forces of Imperial Germany.

The Red, the Soviet Army won the glorious victory in the Civil War and military intervention by 14 of the imperialist states against the young Soviet Republic and under the leadership of J.V. STALIN defeated fascism and liberated peoples of Europe from fascist slavery, and nearly half a century after the Great Patriotic War and World War II, together with the forces of the Warsaw Pact countries, provided peace to the world.

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, carried out by the Gorbachevites by the treacherous plans of world imperialism and the destruction of the Soviet Army, the world is increasingly slipping into a dangerous line of the Third World nuclear war, threatening the very existence of human civilization.

Aggressive U.S. imperialism, Israel and NATO, seeing no way out of an increasingly deepening crisis of the world capitalist system, are rushing around the world, carrying out one after the other acts of aggression against peace-loving countries and peoples, waging war for the conquest of nature and natural resources of the planet and free labour force with which to extend their inhuman existence.

To save and share the glorious fighting traditions to the youth about the invincible Soviet Army, to raise the working class, all layers of the working people in the revolutionary struggle for the rebirth of the Soviet Union is the most important patriotic duty to veterans of the Soviet Army and Navy.

NO TO A NEW WAR!

Statement of the Central Committee of the AUCPB in connection with the crisis over Iran

The explosive situation in the Middle East at the end of last year has escalated to the limit: The U.S. and other Western countries accuse Iran of secret nuclear weapon development. IAEA experts, controlled by the United States, declared to the world that Tehran's nuclear program allegedly was initially military-oriented and continues to evolve in the same way.

Despite the fact that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in his speech on September 22, 2011 at the 66th session of UN General Assembly rostrum, dismissed the charges, once again, officially announcing the peaceful nature of Iran's nuclear program, and blamed for all the latest international military conflicts on the U.S. and its allies, the imperialist countries of the West and Zionist Israel continue to escalate the situation in the Persian Gulf.

On January 5th 2012, the international media reported the decision the EU to join the U.S. sanctions to impose an embargo on oil imports from Iran into the EU (the final decision will be made January 30). Such actions of the imperialist powers and the rulers of the world Zionist circles are aimed at strangling the Iranian economy and the desire to bring to their knees the proud Iranian people.

In response, Iran has already declared that it would cut off oil shipments along the strategically important Strait of Hormuz (through which the 40% of marine oil exports, including into Europe and the U.S.) in the case of sanctions against the Iranian oil sector. In the adjacent area to the Strait of Hormuz, Iran has carried out a 10-day naval, during which new missiles of various classes were tested.

The USA, in turn, introduced into the training area in the Gulf its own carrier fleet, led by the aircraft carrier "John Stennis," which at the end of exercise left the region. Earlier in the Indian Ocean entered a carrier battle group led by the nuclear aircraft carrier "Carl Vinson" and sent to the Arabian Sea. Great Britain sent to the Persian Gulf its most modern and powerful destroyer "Dering." Israel and the U.S. in the coming weeks, plan to hold an unprecedented scale joint military exercise on missile defence, code named "Austere Challenge 12” (currently postponed on 16 Jan –Fb). There's no doubt that over Iran hang really dark clouds. This is evidenced by the last interview with U.S. Secretary of Defence Leon Panetta and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, U.S. Armed Forces Gen. Martin Dempsey of an imminent attack on Iranian nuclear facilities in case of disobedience by Iran to the dictates of Western powers.

The situation is exacerbated by the day and ready to get out of control at any moment, threatening to escalate into a war with unpredictable consequences, as even state officials say of those countries preparing for aggression: U.S., Israel and Britain.

The reasons for the next injection of war hysteria in the Middle East are rooted primarily in the exacerbation of contradictions in the capitalist world. The global economic crisis that began in 2008 with the U.S. mortgage crisis is not abating. Moreover, all signs of recession in the economies of the Western imperialist powers threaten to escalate the crisis in an even more devastating one than the crisis of 1929 - 1933's. Characteristically, this crisis increasingly encompasses the highly state-monopolist U.S. economy and the EU countries. Decreased production and increased unemployment in many capitalist countries are intertwined with such serious upheaval of the world capitalist economy as foreign exchange, energy and raw material crises.

The global crisis threatens the whole system of imperialism, in which the developed Western countries profit by plundering other nations. Particularly afraid of losing their dominant position in the world are the Zionist and American imperialists. As you know, the United States of America are parasitic in way of life, profiting by an unlimited issue of paper dollars, with which they acquire the necessary goods and raw materials. The global "currency" dollar is not backed up by anything other than the might of the U.S. military.

Military spending and war are the only way for the imperialist powers to rescue their economies from total bankruptcy and collapse. In addition, the Zionist circles, holding the main wealth of the U.S., expect a war to strengthen its dominant position in the world, drowning the rising competition, while burning empty dollars in the furnace of military spending, to prevent the collapse of the U.S. economy which is fraught with social upheavals.

After crushing Iran's desire for independent development by military force, the United States will have the opportunity to establish full control over the oil-bearing region of the Middle East. Suffice to say that the puppet governments of oil producing countries in the Persian Gulf have long followed in the wake of U.S. policy, as the previously recalcitrant Iraq defeated, and its oil fields are now working under the supervision of American monopolists.

In this chain of actions of the U.S. imperialists in the possession of control over energy resources of the world and to dominate the world, there follow the previously provoked by Western intelligence agencies "orange revolutions" in North Africa and the Middle East, which the bourgeois political scientists call the "Arab Spring". Among these acts of interference by the Western imperialists in the internal affairs of Arab countries, the most bloody act of naked aggression was against Libya, where they mercilessly killed thousands of civilians and the legitimate leaders of the Libyan government, headed by Muammar Gaddafi. There are continued attempts by the West, despite the thousands of victims, to shift Syria's legitimate government of Bashar Assad. Truly we are witnessing yet more fangs of imperialism, when oil becomes more expensive than human blood. With this, the implementation by the West of "orange revolutions" in the Arab East, at the same time should be regarded as a kind of "cleansing" of the rear before a planned war with Iran.

The Zionist circles in the U.S. and Israel are well aware that if Iran does acquire nuclear weapons, then their dictate in the region will be possibly limited, and so the imperialist aggressors have learned well their lessons against socialist DPRK. So first and foremost, we can expect military strikes on Iran's underground nuclear facilities.

Subjecting Iran to its domination is the intermediate objective in the chain of the global challenges of the U.S. imperialists for world domination. Their main goal remains the same - the elimination of Russia as an independent state and the suppression of its main competitor at this point in the economic sphere - China.

There is no doubt in the anti-Russian orientation of the U.S. missile defence system in Europe by virtually all independent experts. Setting up a similar missile defence system in Iran, the U.S. will have closed off its chain of anti-missile bases against the heart of Russia - its European part. In addition, the deployment of American troops to the southern underbelly of Russia from the Caucasus is fraught with the establishment of complete U.S. domination over the Caucasus republics, including over a member of the CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organisation), Armenia and the final destabilization in the North Caucasus republics and subsequent rejection of Russia by the entire southern region.

In case of successful operations in Iran, the U.S. achieves another goal - they can place China's economy feeding off Iranian oil (China buys about 20% of all crude oil that Iran exports) on starvation rations, then with that, frustrate plans by the Chinese government of a gross domestic product output of China in 2020 reaching first place in the world.

However, the danger of all these plans by the American hawks lies in that a regional conflict in the Middle East could escalate into a third world war with nuclear weapons and the fatal consequences for all mankind. Moreover, the degree of danger of a military conflict is increased by the outbreak in the U.S. of a presidential race for the presidency, in which the current administration of Democrats, led by the "peacemaker” Obama, in order not to fall behind on scoring in the "protection of national interests of America" from Republican hawks, traditionally making warlike speeches can go to the most insane move.

The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks is strongly opposed to the aggression being prepared by U.S. forces and their allies against the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as Western interference in the internal affairs of the Syrian Arab Republic.

We stand in solidarity with the peoples of Iran and Syria, which uphold the independence of their countries to the threat of aggressive aspirations of the imperialist and Zionist circles in the West.

We urge all peace-loving forces in the world to create an anti-imperialist front in their own countries and showing solidarity, to speak out against the outbreak of another war, fraught with the possibility to grow into an apocalyptic third world war with nuclear weapons!

Statement of the Central Committee of the

On December 16, 2011, on the day of the so-called "independence" of Kazakhstan, the ruling regime in Kazakhstan of Nursultan Nazarbayev, in Zhanaozen Mangistau (formerly Mangyshlak) region shot oil workers of enterprises "KazMunayGas" and supporters of their local residents at a peacful rally. Also punitive shots were fired during the night of 17 to 18 December in the village of Shetpe, where the striking oil workers and local residents blocked the rail line that connects the city of Aktau (formerly Shevchenko), with the rest of Kazakhstan.

According to the Socialist Movement of Kazakhstan (leader - Ainur Kurmanov) and an independent trade union "Zhanartu" ("Revival", the chairman of the Central Committee of trade union Esenbek Ukteshbaev), resulting in the massacre, the regime killed at least 70 people. Hundreds were wounded and missing. The police arrested protestors, then beat and tortured them in Nazarbayev's jails by pouring cold water on their naked in the cold and, burned them with irons, as well as using other methods of torture, inheriting the atrocities of the Nazi executioners. They then tried to destroy the corpses of those killed and tortured to cover up the traces of their crimes.

The strike of oil workers' Karazhanbasmunai "and production branch" Ozenmunaygaz "(part of the structure," KMG ") began in May 2011 and lasted seven months. The workers demanded better working conditions and an end to the arbitrariness of employers, higher wages, freedom of trade union activities. That is, initially, their demands were not beyond the bourgeois law.

However, the authorities completely refused to meet the just demands of workers. Then began the persecution and murder of workers and trade unionists. Sentenced to 6 years in prison on far-fetched and utterly false pretences "for inciting social discord" filed by interim President "Karazhanbasmunai", citizen of China Yuan Mu, condemned union lawyer Natalia Sokolova, who became the leader of the striking oil workers. Trade union activist Zhaksylyk Turban was murderered, and brutally murdered Zhansaule Karabalaeva, a daughter of a trade union leader of a transport company, and other comrades, trade union activists and labour movement activists.

In November, saw the creation of a single working committee to establish joint workers’ union and adopted a number of complaints and allegations by the workers of Kazakhstan with a call to work together and present a united front. The workers supported the decision Zhanaozen Socialist Movement of Kazakhstan to boycott the elections to the Majilis (lower chamber of Kazakh Parliament) to be held on January 15 this year. The rally was planned for December 16, at which he was to declare the need for a general political strike, demanding the resignation of the government and President Nazarbayev.

The authorities knew perfectly well about the upcoming rally and decided to drown it in the blood of the workers' struggle for their rights.

This brutal crackdown on peaceful workers by Nazarbayev has put himself on a par with butcher Nicholas the Bloody, murderer Boris Yelstin and has also earned the infamous title of butcher of his own people - Nursultan the Bloody. They and the Chinese capitalists joint owners of "Karazhanbasmunai will not be able to not wash away the blood on their hands of Kazakh workers."

Developments in Kazakhstan, once again confirm the validity of our findings that in the Politburo of the CPSU ripened the HQ of counter-revolution, which led to the temporary defeat of socialism in the USSR and the People's Democracies, that under the guise of "socialism with Chinese characteristics" China under the leadership of the CPC has made a transition to the capitalist path of development, becoming over the years of market reforms, one of the major imperialist powers.

Over the 20 years of neoliberal reforms, Kazakhstan has turned into a typical country of peripheral capitalism with the commodity nature of the economy, brazen robbery and the sale of the richest mineral and natural resources, most severe exploitation of the working class and toiling masses of the country.

Kazakhstan has large oligarchic capital, led by President Nazarbayev, the billionaire and his son-in-law billionaire Timur Kulibayev (one of the owners, along with the Chinese corporation CITIC, «KMG"), his middle daughter, Dinara Kulibayev (wife of Timur Kulibayev, the only female billionaire from Central Asia), and others. The country is completely dominated by multinational corporations, including the increasing role played by Chinese companies.

The vast social inequality, mass unemployment, injustice and poverty were the main factors in long-term, increasing steadily, and assuming a political character, struggle of the working class, the working people of Kazakhstan for their rights.

After the massacre of oil workers in Western Kazakhstan, the struggle is beginning to move onto revolutionary tracks.

The struggling workers are no longer limiting their demands for the nationalization of enterprises and workers' control. They are already calling for the formation of workers militias to maintain public order, the organization of the working class into a single class trade unions under the auspices of the trade union "Zhanartu", to create a mass political party of working people in order to develop an effective program against the domination of capital, and for socialism.

Such party may be only a party built on a solid foundation of Marxism-Leninism, a revolutionary Leninist-Stalinist Bolshevik party without petty-bourgeois illusions, or the ideological and organizational influence of Trotskyism (Socialist Resistance is a section of Kazakhstan Trotskyist International Committee for Workers’ International), a party most closely associated with the struggle of the working class and all working people against the power of capital, for Soviet power and socialism, and in the vanguard of this struggle.

We grieve together with all working people of Kazakhstan for the victims and we are sure that the sacrifices will not be in vain. We support the demands of the Socialist Movement of Kazakhstan for the release from prison of Natalia Sokolova, an end to torture and mistreatment of detainees, for those responsible for the killings of innocent workers and local residents be held responsible, to reinstate all the dismissed strikers.

We have no doubt that the courageous struggle of Kazakh workers will set an example and give impetus to the struggle of working people in other republics for their liberation from exploitation and oppression.

We wish our Kazakh brothers heroic successes in the fight!
